    I have never heard of this company until this transaction showed up on my bank statement last month (11/2024) for $10. I thought perhaps it was something my husband had ordered but he had no idea what I was talking about either. Then, another transaction for $9 showed up on my bank statement again yesterday (12/13/2024). I did not make these purchases, subscribe to any service they offer (still not sure what service that is), or authorise these transactions on my account. I want a full refund. This business needs to buy shut down with criminal charges filed, as this seems to be a regular occurrence with this company.

    date was Nov. 14, 2024...I ordered ink for my printer...when I checked my bank account, there was this $9.00 charge from **************************....never heard of this place nor did I order anything from them

    I found a charge for $8.00 from Icon packer last month (July) that I never approved or ordered. I then forgot about it. This month there is another charge for $5.00. I tried to call them multiple times but could never get anyone to answer my call. Finally, went to my bank and filed a Fraud Report and canceled my card.

    I have the exact same problem as the other complaints I've been reading about on this company's BBB page. I have never visited this company's site, I've never bought anything from them, I don't have an account associated with this company but I'm being charged $9.00 a month for the past two months. I attempted to call and resolve this issue but an automated voice said "all operators are assisting other customers, please email for a faster response" and then the call hung up. I've tried emailing but haven't gotten a response.

    Today, July 30, 2024, I have a charge in the amount t of $6.00 on my debit card. The description states card on file. I have no idea who this company is, let alone did I authorize them to charge my card! The company is Iconpacks!

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I am not going to send any card information to this company. I do not feel comfortable sending info and I have since canceled this card because of this fraudulence charge.
