5 starsI would like to share that this was by far the best service I have ever received. I work in a customer focused profession, and know what great customer service looks like.
I enjoyed all aspects of this company. The folks at the headquarters office always remained in touch with me, they even called while the work was being done to ensure all was well. Erik called me often to get things scheduled and work through the logistics. So professional and just overall amazing!
I loved working with Paul! He was the estimator, he was always honest about the work that I needed to get done (and there was a lot)! He worked with me, heard me out and made great recommendations on what I needed to do! He was always on time, very efficient, professional and great overall!
The guys performing the work, were all amazing! Very professional, hard workers and I was very pleased with the work itself!
I would highly recommend this company. I’ve experienced poor service on getting work done on my house and some good work. This was by far the best, easiest company to work with. The pricing for all of my work was reasonable as well.

1 starThe estimator came out and wrote an estimation of the work to be done. But the (2 men) subcontractor came and said they could not do the work on the estimate that was provided. So they went and sat in the truck and did nothing. Mr. Eric Ms. Kristin and Ms. Emily took my deposit and refuse to refund me $914.00 back. They said the project manager will only give me $725.00 and Handyman on call kept $189.00. But the men could not do the job. They could not install handrails, spindles and 2 newel posts.Review fromVictor C

5 starsExcellent service! I know this company for many years, and they always perform the highest quality job. The workers are very professional, and knowledgeable, and do care about the quality of the work, as well as making everything on time with all their efforts.
Plus, they are very friendly, polite, and warm-hearted.
The owner of the company, Benjamin, is listening very carefully to what you need and making it happens without any trouble. The scheduling is easy and always meets your needs.
So, everything just can't be better.
