    Supposedly small business is just full of excuses when it comes to shipping unpaid for quicker shipping and it came in same amount as time as free shipping. They sent package to shipping center and put it on hold even tho they received their money. If you pay for faster shipping all they do is print the label showing that as if it's already being sent but really held package until Monday that time I ordered on a Saturday and paid for shipping like they said to do it wanted sent that day but they really just printed lable. I ordered package last Friday and it should be arriving today it wasn't sent to shipping center until Tuesday. They get they're money and take their time to send your product! I hate liars I have spent almost 1000$ at this place. It seems that they sell pro hormone stacks and if you order 4 week cycles at a time it's like they take their time on purpose so it messes up your cycle trying to force you to buy your whole cycle length in one order but not everybody has $600 a pop for 12 week cycle at a time hence trying to time all my purchases to arrive on time but now learned you have to order 2 weeks in advanced to stay on program with your cycle ! I'm not supporting a "small business" tht doesn't care enough to send out their product in timely like how they got their money!

    This company has a bad rap i though I would give them a chance and one day I looked at my account and I had a unauthorized transaction so I texted and it seemed like I was a inconvenience for them I told them that there was a unauthorized transaction for over 65$ and they said that I signed up for monthly subscription I never did then they made a bogus return package invoice I said you just took the money last night how can it go out the next morning I never received a confirmation receipt or anything they said check my spam still nothing so they made a unauthorized charge to my account and said that I signed up for monthly subscription that is not the truth I ordered one time and they charged me again a month later with out my permission so I contacted my bank and they are doing a investigation on the charges SO BE VERY CAREFUL DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY AND THE FUNNY THING IS WHEN I SAW THE REVIEWS I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE HOW MANY PEOPLE WERE DONE THE SAME WAY DON'T DEAL WITH THEM AT ALL

    First of all I would like to apologize for all the negative comments I made about this company. The truth is, Ive not met a more classy owner . I was angry at ***** because my order took a longer time than usual. You know what it happens. I was very rude and belligerent. Each time they never responded in a negative way. They always apologized and asked what could they do to make it up. They had no control of the postal company. Each time I spoke with ***** he was very professional, even though I was cutting up like a $2.00 show dog. They always made it up. I apologize and I thank you for never loosing your cool. I have the utmost respect for ***** and his company. When they say kill them with.kindness he wins the award. Thank you Nutrastop!

    I was a little skeptical after I read theses reviews. I had already placed my ordered but it arrived in 3 days, nicely packaged and exactly what I ordered. Will definitely order from here again!

    Its been one year. One year since i ordered my supplements. It was marked delivered but not at my house. Then the next day the shipping company marked it as delayed delivery. Never delivered. Meanwhile over the last year Ive emailed and called and texted many time to no avail. Multiple promises of a new order but nothing ever shipped or received. Will change to a 4 star if they rectify this but it seems they have a habit of doing this to people.

    I placed an order on May 16th ,they received my payment and printed a lable and that's it. I tried emailing multiple times, texting the # they give calling, tried the instant messenger on the site. I heard nothing. I should of got my order in 2 business days with the shipping option I chose. It's been almost a month, still havnt heard anything nothing has been shipped. The site is a scam. They take your money and print a lable and that's it. Of course you won't be refunded. The site needs shut down. From the looks of it I'm not the only one who got scammed

    If I could give negative 5 stars, I would. Worst company Ive ever dealt with. Ordered one bottle of a supplement, it has been 3.5 weeks and it has still not shipped. Thats right, not delivered, no, SHIPPED. Not to mention, I PAID FOR SHIPPING. THIS WAS NOT FREE SHIPPING. Tried emailing them 127 times, not one reply. Stay away from this fraudulent company. I hope yall go bankrupt

    I can only comment on my experience but after ordering I was a little worried if this site was legit due to the bad reviews. I got my stuff in 3-4 business days and it was exactly what I ordered. Based on other reviews it seems like the owner could be better with customer service inquiries but Im 100% satisfied with my order.

    BEWARE SCAMMMMMMMMMMM DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY.They will take your money and you will not receive your products. If I could give a negative star I would. They don't even deserve the one star.....
