    This company is trash. I ordered several items and was also charged shipping. It's been 10 days and they haven't even shipped it out from their location. *** has never received anything. They charged me and have not responded to my text, email, or chat. Those the only three forms of communication they have listed. I have reached out a total of 8 times and no response. This company is fraudulent. I have reported them to my credit card company as fraudulent and they have begun the investigation process from their fraud department.Zero out of ten. This company is trash and have donkeys working there. Do not waste your time.

    I'm extremely disappointed in this place. I placed an order three weeks ago. I received an order confirmation the same day and a shipment notification the following day. When I track my shipment, it STILL shows that a label has been created. I have emailed and sent messages through their website with no luck. I have tried their chat option. That was unsuccessful, as well. They did charge my credit card, of course. I simply want my money back. Either you have the product or you don't. Either way, just respond. I get the holidays are busy and maybe your swamped because you're a "small business" but to claim you have excellent customer service on your website and then provide none? I will be sure to tell everyone I know that this company is a scam. I called my credit card company and filed a dispute through them so they wouldn't pay the charge. When I went back to the website to answer some of the questions my credit card company was asking me, I got an email about 5 minutes later saying I had left something in my cart. I fell off my chair laughing. Do not do any business with this company.

    I have to say that after my experience with this company, I have a very hard time believing any of the negative stuff that people have said. The owners of this company had my order shipped to me within the same week that I ordered it. Which is saying a lot because they are a small family business and Im sure they are busy. I will definitely be ordering from these people again.

    FRAUD! I never received either of 2 orders from the NutraStop totaling over $300 (+$26 in expedited shipping). I tried to contact them through ALL 3 methods provided - ALL A SCAM.1. Phone - that goes to the personal cell phone of the owner with an automated message to use the chat (NO RESPONSE).2. Chat - I sat on the chat for HOURS with multiple attempts and NO RESPONSE!!! All you get is yet another automated message we are experiencing higher volumes than normal. 3. Email - I sent multiple emails only to find out that it was once again the private email of the owner; there was again NO RESPONSE.This is a SCAM artist, not a business. He is completely FRAUDULENT!!! He ran away with my money and there is nothing left to do but contact my bank. At some point, something needs to be done about this man pocketing peoples money under the guise of the name NUTRASTOP! This is America and what he is doing is illegal, needs to be INVESTIGATED & SHUT DOWN COMPLETELY. My bank may fix it, but hundreds of people are all GETTING SCAMMED and no one is doing anything about it. I wasted countless hours and he knows people do not have time to take him to small claims court. On ****** it is one of the first places to appear for a variety of well know supplements. Someone needs to stop him!

    This place is a scam. I ordered a product and 16 days later the **** tracking code still says waiting to pick up item. I tried reaching out to them and got no response. Do not order from them!

    I have ordered from here multiple times. I did encounter ONE issue with a delay however it was proven to be on behalf of the carrier - ***** After that I began selecting the insured and discounted *** option ($5) and have had ZERO issues. I had a few questions about their products and they always got back to me quickly and were soooo kind to me. Great business, the employees and owner who I have spoken to are amazing. I would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in purchasing supplements for their workout goals!

    Great prices, I got my product quickly in great condition and had no issues. I read the negatives below beforehand and a kind woman named **** had no problem providing a thorough explanation for any and all questions I had. I typed in my email wrong when I placed my order but as soon as she fixed it I got a confirmation and they shipped it out the same day. Small fam business that Ill continue to support

    Supposedly small business is just full of excuses when it comes to shipping unpaid for quicker shipping and it came in same amount as time as free shipping. They sent package to shipping center and put it on hold even tho they received their money. If you pay for faster shipping all they do is print the label showing that as if it's already being sent but really held package until Monday that time I ordered on a Saturday and paid for shipping like they said to do it wanted sent that day but they really just printed lable. I ordered package last Friday and it should be arriving today it wasn't sent to shipping center until Tuesday. They get they're money and take their time to send your product! I hate liars I have spent almost 1000$ at this place. It seems that they sell pro hormone stacks and if you order 4 week cycles at a time it's like they take their time on purpose so it messes up your cycle trying to force you to buy your whole cycle length in one order but not everybody has $600 a pop for 12 week cycle at a time hence trying to time all my purchases to arrive on time but now learned you have to order 2 weeks in advanced to stay on program with your cycle ! I'm not supporting a "small business" tht doesn't care enough to send out their product in timely like how they got their money!
