    This company sells expired and foul/turned supplement products. They do not respond to any customer service emails, no matter which method you reach out to them. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

    Placed an order on a pre-workout Panda Supps x V1 Nutra | Pandamus | Level 3 (High-Stim Pre)Blackberry Cantaloupe. I received the wrong flavor, which was green apple bubblegum. I contacted every way possible about this issue at the beginning of last week and got no response. They have a bad support team, and now Im stuck with a pre-workout flavor that I never wanted and dislike.

    I placed my order on 7/28, I got an update on 7/31 **** picked up the item and on 8/4 it was "in transit to next facility". I emailed Nutrastop on 8/8 asking for an update, and on 8/12 asked for a refund providing screenshots of the transit delay and my full order receipt. I followed up again on 8/13 & 8/14 following up on my refund request, I didn't get a response until a shipping update on 8/14 stating it was forwarded to a different facility and it was delivered 8/19.Not a word was ever communicated back although I went to the Nutrastop website and attempted to find different customer service avenues such as email and calling to get a refund. The lack of professionalism was incredible and I've made it known to many of my in the fitness industry whom promote products to stay as far from Nutrastop as possible. Awful.

    Ordered some supplements on Aug 5th. With first class shippping. Got a email the next day saying one item was out of stock and could they replace it. I replied the next day saying absolutely not a problem. Items should have been here on the 8th. Its now the 13th. Ive reached out every way possible with no response. Definitely got scammed. Hope you step on legos barefoot nutrastop.

    I had placed an order over $300 on last Friday and they tell me I should expect my order tomorrow but I'm still not seeing any updates. If I don't hear back by tomorrow, this will be the last time I try to purchase through them.

    I placed an order with priority three days shipping. My order never arrived. When I contacted them they told me it wasn't their problem. Have not heard a response after follow up attempts. Complete scam website.

    I placed an order from NutraStop and have not received it and its been over a month. I called, emailed, texted, and no response. What kind of business is this?? Please dont order from this website, its most definitely a scam!!

    My order was never shipped. There was no response from the company after multiple email and phone messages. Of course I was charged immediately and no product ever received. I contacted my credit card company and reported them as fraudulent.

    Ordered a bottle and it came unsealed. Contacted support and never heard back.Scam site for sure. Likely replaced the real product with fake or who knows what so threw it away. Stole my money.
