4 starsWe were hesitant at first to make such a huge purchase, but we realized that the warranty coverage was the best out there. We were told someone would come measure the door opening and then they would call when the door was ready to install. We never saw the measurement guy, he came when we weren't home and no one had notified us. We just received a call saying it was complete a month ahead of schedule (reason for 4 stars). I was a little apprehensive when they arrived as he was by himself. I didn't think one person could do all the heavy-lifting on his own, but he did and did a spectacular job on top of it! We had an ******** Door that was not installed properly and over time it was nearly impossible to open. the new door glides right open with very little pressure. ***** did a gorgeous job on the inside and outside trim. He did a miraculous job covering up the sloppy trim and caulk from the previous work. It looks so professional!

The salesperson was very informative and made picking out our new door very easy! The installer took his time and went over everything with us! 5 starsRepeat Customer! This is the 2nd time we have used them, originally in 1994! Just as before their response time is impeccable and the appointment happened as quickly as wanted. We did do our due diligence - just double checking since so many years went by and once again they were the obvious choice. We know we can count on them for reasonable pricing and fantastic service! We met with ******* and *** beforehand and the job was s completed as promised. Our installer ***** did an excellent, thorough 2 day job. The caulking was neat and clean up complete. 5 starsWe purchased windows for our house and the process was very easy. The entire staff was great to work with from signing the documents to completing the installation. The crew was terrific. They treated our house as their own, cleaning up everything both inside and out. The crew even had to contend with one of the window openings needing to be adjusted for size. 5 starsIllinois Energy Windows & Siding was such a pleasure to work with. Our old front door was a double door, original to the home built in the 90s. The draft was so bad! I looked around and found **** and the reviews looked promising. I called and made an appointment and ***** came out who was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful in choosing the right door for us. The installer, *****, who came out was so thorough and paid great attention to detail with the install. No messy caulking, everything was pristine. The door is gorgeous. It transformed our house! I had whole house windows and doors installed 10 years ago and I am just as pleased with them today as I was on day 1. 5 starsWe recently had a new door installed and it was custom made. The door is beautiful and the experience with regard to customer service did not disappoint. Every person that has visited has been wowed by the look of the house now. It gave it a fresh and updated feel to the entrance of the house. 5 starsIllinois Energy showed up unexpectedly and I actually needed a door. Really had no intention of purchasing and was looking for a quote to bounce off other contractors. We ended up replacing the door and adding a storm door with Illinois Energy.
