  I had two oversized sliding doors and four adjacent windows replaced. I was impressed with how closely the inside and outside colors matched the house. I was impressed with the workmanship and how well they cleaned up the site.

  When we moved into this house in 2016 we received the unfortunate news that all of our windows needed to be replaced. We took a chance on Illinois Energy Windows & Siding because of the attention to quality they put into not only manufacturing their windows but also installation. Their installation crews are very professional, respectful, and do quality work. We are very pleased with our windows and couldn't be happier with the peace of mind they bring.

  We recently had our sliding glass door replaced by Illinois Energy Windows and Siding, and we couldnt be happier with the entire experience. As a family of four with two growing kids (ages 11 and 13), our home is full of energy and activityespecially in the backyard, where we have a pool and spend a lot of time cooking and entertaining on the deck. Having a high-quality, dependable door that connects our indoor and outdoor living spaces is essential, and this upgrade has made a noticeable difference.From the start, our sales representative was fantasticthorough, informative, and patient as we discussed our options. What really stood out to us was the companys incredible warranty package. Knowing the installation itself was covered gave us extra peace of mind, and honestly, it was one of the main reasons we chose Illinois Energy.The custom-built door arrived even earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. When installation day came, the crew was professional, efficient, and impressively clean. Despite some rough weather in the area, they worked diligently and took extra care to protect our home throughout the *********** that the door is in, were amazed at the difference. We replaced a Paella French-style slider that always required two hands and a good tug to open. This new door? We can slide it open with a single finger! It glides so smoothly, locks easily, and feels incredibly sturdy.Visually, the finish work is impeccable. The crisp white interior trim and flawless caulking look fantastic inside, and the exterior brick molding and trim work are just as beautifully done.Illinois Energy Windows and Siding exceeded our expectations from start to finish.   My husband and I purchased a new sliding door and, somewhat later, a new front entry door and sidelight from Illinois Energy Window and Sliding. The price quoted was slightly higher than competitors on the sliding door, but, because of repeat customer discount, very reasonable on the front entry system. What sold us was the straightforward presentation by the sales representative with no pressure and no blanket criticism of competitors products. We have endured too many sales presentations that insult our intelligence, ***** knew he had a high quality door at a fair price and conveyed that effectively. We love both the sliding and entry doors. The glass in the sliding door did not radiate the cold air during bitter winter days, as our previous door had done. The entry door is just recently installed, but the look is modern and clean-lined as we wanted and the installation was impeccable. We are proud of our choices and am grateful to all the staff at Ill Energy for their professional and personal service.

  This was the 2nd time I have used Illinois Energy Windows & Siding and I have been pleased both times. Everyone is professional and their staff was very patient with my home owners association when it came time to get their approval to have my windows replaced. My windows look great and the house is much warmer now in the winter time. They arrived on time, took care inside and outside the home and left me with minimal clean up once they were done. They took care with my plantings outside where they had to install 2 large half-moon windows. I would definitely use them again.

  This company is professional and the windows are high quality windows with advanced features to allow for cleaning and care. I am very satisfied! The price is expensive, as I paid 13k for 4 windows. The time from quote to install was about 5 weeks, and the Installers were so professional and polite. They were on time, and finished in 4 hours. They were very careful to protect my floors and home, and all trash was removed upon completion. I would highly recommend this company for windows. They also provided financing with 0%intrest for 1 year.

  We're very happy with our new windows. They are a beautiful upgrade from the 20 year old builder grade windows in our home. Service and communication were excellent through the entire process from scheduling a consultation to the installation and follow-up.
