5 starsI found Illinois Energy on a neighborhood group app. Every time someone would ask about new window or door installation I would see Illinois Energy mentioned positively. When it came time to replace two windows and an 8 ft. patio door, I checked their reviews on a number of sites and they were rated very highly. I went with my gut and I'm glad I did! I have an entire wall of two beautiful windows and a patio door. There was a little hitch with not having a lock on the door from the outside (my fault for not being on top of that), but they took care of it within a few days. 5 starsWe had a great experience working with Illinois Energy. The sales consultant spent the morning with us discussing the most cost and energy efficient windows for each room of our home. There was no pressure to upgrade or spend on additional features. We were shown a portfolio of nearby homes and competitive prices to help us make an informed decision. The office was in frequent contact with us prior to installation to ensure it went smoothly. Installation was completed in one day, and the installers were professional and courteous. The windows have been a great improvement to the look of our home, along with providing much better insulation and outside noise reduction. 5 starsIllinois Energy did a great job. Salesman was not ****** pushy. I was able to look at windows in their showroom without an appointment to make sure it was the type of window I needed for replacing my condo windows. They provided all the materials I needed to get permission from the association. Installation was professionally completed. Workers were polite and efficient. We had a hard rainstorm after installation and no leaks! No reservations in recommending this company for replacement windows and patio door.Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc.

5 starsI was in need of having 2 large rotten windows replaced. Now how to choose a window replacement company? I've seen all the ** commercials for various providers. I was concerned about the installation as there was some rotten wood. I eventually selected Illinois Energy Windows, as the installer are not subcontractors. They were also able to configure a custom window that works better but still met the home owners assoc. requirements. Upon arrival the installer laid tarps all the way to where the windows would be installed. The installation went smooth and they actually cleaned up after. I live in an area with an *** (not fun to work with) *********** *** was willing to go above and beyond to get this done. *** worked with me a lot to get the *** on board. Then it was smooth sailing!
