    Searched on line for shooting supplies and came across a company called Midwest Reloads. Made two purchases and when I tried to get in contact with the company, including customer service, I could not get an answer. Upon checking other black powder forums, it turns out the company is fraudulent. Any way re recover my money? I should have known better.

    This is not a legitimate website.They are taking money from people and not sending them a product. They are telling Me that I need to send them information that they should already have through the order.And through the payment process. I am looking for the better business beer to take action and actually remove the website.So other people are not being Scammed by them. If at all possible i'm trying to have criminal charges pressed against them it would be nice but not a requirement.

    I ordered some gun powder from this company and was informed it would take 3 business days until it shipped. It has now been 2 weeks and I have heard nothing from them. I am seeking a refund of my money.

    MIDWEST RELOADS ***************************
    Paid this business $341.71 via ****** for reloading supplies, order place 64 days ago. Called to follow up on order, they said it was shipped. I asked for tracking number, they said it was shipped **** and no tracking number.
    This is a lie, **** will not ship hazardous materials, in this case gun powder. Secondly, even if shipped by **** they provide tracking numbers.
    When I confronted them on mistruths, they hung up on me. I called back, no answer. I now see this site is a SCAM.
    Can you do something past just logging complaints? Can you direct Iowa law enforcement? This site is a total scam, robbing people like myself.

    I placed a $279.89 order with Midwest Reloads on April 8, 2024. They have a couple of ways to pay for your order, I used *****. I got an email asking for a copy of a confirmation email from *****. I sent them copy of the confirmation email and was advised that my order has been processed. Six days later I asked for information on my order and was given a tracking number and shipping company website, ************************* that can provide transaction details as necessary. No such tracking number exists. Midwest Reloads will not answer calls or answer questions via their chat line.

    I placed an order with Midwest Reloads.com on February 14, 2024, Since I don't use ***** or ****** I contacted an agent via contact and I asked to pay by credit card. I was sent a link to Square and I made my payment. I received an email confirming the order. I noticed the payment came out on the 15th of February, but the payment drafted from Youreasysites.com When I look them up, my webroot security flags the site as insecure. I have reached out by phone multiple times, left voicemail, send messages via their chat and I have emailed three times and requested a refund with no response.

    Ordered percussion caps from Midwestreloaders.com haven’t recieved nothing haven’t heard back from them about refund they ignore me. The phone number they have always rings no one answers calls or emails back they took my money now I’m stuck trying to get my money back

    Never received my order
    No one answers the phone number.
    no phone number for the shipping carrier
    online chat operators are very rude
    shipping carrier asking for more money to deliver my package, and does not accept credit cards
