    This place is a scam. I paid $65 for a 28x28 wreath and got a 16x16 piece of junk. Plastic and looks like a kid did it. So mad. Plus have sent emails every day for 2 weeks asking how to return & get a refund and no response. DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE.

    This company needs to be banned from selling their products online! I ordered two artificial plants and arrived nothing like in their website. I asked for return and they offered 10% refund and I can keep the products. I refused and asked for return label, it's been 2 days I sent the email and no response. I sent follow up email to them if no response I have to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Buyer beware!

    BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a wreath and it certainly was TINY. It certainly did not look like what was pictured. It was very cheap and had a horrible smell. I highly recommend you not order from this Company. Not even worth one star.

    Do not buy from clayflame.com it is a scam website. I purchased a wreath and it claimed to be 26 inches in diameter, when the wreath came to my house it was only 13 inches. Their wreaths are poorly made and look nothing like the pictures on their website. This company is not located in the United States, although it claims on their website they are from Georgia. According to their return policy they are to give full refund if their products don't match what they claim to match and they are not honoring their refund policy. I have several emails claiming they will refund me 30% and they have yet to honor this claim they gave me. They are from China and they are using our United States Citizens' pictures to advertise the wreaths on their website. @clayflame.com is a fraud website.

    I ordered from this company but should've checked BBB first. My complaint is exactly what all previous reviewers have already said. When I contacted them for a refund, they offered me "a 15% refund as a preferential compensation". This company is clearly a scam. Do not buy from them!

    I ordered a wreath in mid October. It arrived at the very end of the month. The wreath looks nothing like the one in the picture. It's horribly made. I could have purchased something like this at the dollar store. Everything other people have written about their experience with this company is exactly the same one I've had. I've requested a full refund. However, they have not responded to my email. By the way, this company is not based in GA. They're from outside of the US.

    This company should be put out of business. I received 2 wreaths that were nothing like what was pictured on their website. They refuse to take accountability of false advertising and refund my money. I have contacted my credit card company to file a dispute of the charge.

    I give this company a zero star rating. Do not buy from this company. The product is a misrepresentation of the actual wreath I ordered. The company has offered me a 10% refund and I keep the item; next they offered me a 20% refund and I keep the wreath. My response was NO. I have since gotten ********** involved in this scam.

    I ordered a wreath. Product arrived and is not what was pictured. Much smaller and very cheap looking. Looks like an amateur attempt to copy what was pictured in the ad. They will not provide return information nor a refund. This is a scam! Do NOT order from this company!
