    this is now called cherishes.shop and their location is not found on Google, they keep switching up domain names and are scamming hundreds of people. I do my research on companies before hand and I was put on a hold on ** for spamming them with scam alerts on ** as well. They also have another website.

    When my purchase arrived it appeared to require assemble as the lights were laying on top of the wreath. When I went to return the item I was offered 30% off purchase price which I did not accept. I sent the wreath back at a cost $17 and expected a return of my money. This was back on Jan 7th. Since then I have followed up 5 times just to receive a bogus response.
    They don't deserve to do business in the United States and should be shut down.

    Total scam. Ordered a wreath for $50 and change in November ship to NY supposedly from GA. ... Received an email with tracking info...... It never updated so I contacted them by email and was told it's in customs..... From GA???? The email was in Chinese. I asked for a refund since it was over 2 months and I still have not received a refund or the wreath in over 4 months. They have emailed me saying they are short staffed and I have to wait. I've waited long enough.

    They don't even deserve one star! It too way to long to come in thought it was a GA based company then realized it was China. The product looked horrible nothing like the picture. Then i asked for a refund I wanted to send it back. They told be they'd give me 10% back then 20% then 30% I said ill take 50% and will not speak of this company again. They said they will send a refund in 10 days. Nothing. I am still waiting. I sent twenty emails since I ordered in December now it seems they are ignoring me. $50 for a plastic wreath that looked nothing like the picture is ridiculous and I can't even get a 50 percent refund.

    Terrible company they should be shut down, stole my money never received my oreder the tracking said customer requests to send back to post office, then tracking states it was placed in mailbox! How can 2 boxes of 12 PC. Cookware be placed in the mailbox? Total scam, never received my items!

    I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered....It took 5 weeks for my daughter to receive the wreath I ordered, and then it was absolutely nothing like the picture of what I ordered....very, very, very disappointed....wish I could show a picture....what I ordered showed a woman holding the wreath which is from her eyes almost to her knees....what my daughter received was 12 " across...
    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY..

    Pretty much what everyone has stated. They do not deserve to be in business. Ordered 4 artificial leaves. Received 2 of the 4 and one was folded in 3 places and shipped in an envelope w/o any careful packaging. The poor quality item tore as soon as I picked it up from packaging. Literally dissolving foam!! The amt of times I have emailed and they just going in circles. I seriously think they are playing with me. They have the audacity to ask that I ship back (at my expense) and will give me 10% refund. After my pushback on full refund. Then they said 35%!! I doubt I’ll see any solution or refund. I’ve never worked with such an unprofessional company. They never even traced the two missing items. It’s certainly is a racket. Wish companies like this would be barred from US sales.

    Please be aware this is a China-based company! I ordered a remote control dinosaur for my son’s Christmas present - the order was place on thanksgiving and did not arrive until well after Christmas. When it arrived, the packaging had been cut opened and re-taped and the toy box was crushed. When I contacted the company for refund, they kept asking for more and more “proof” and offered a 5% refund on a $60 purchase. Do NOT buy from this company!

    Can't even leave no star review. Had to leave 1 but doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating. Ordered ancient tree metal sculpture lamp. Plastic gemstones, plastic coated wire is the only metal on it. Even the size is not actual. Paid $71 not even worth $5. We'll see how return goes. Probably not well. BUYER BEWARE.... SCAM...

    I ordered gifts for my husband and father on December 10th. It is now January 3rd. I have still not received anything!
