    Please do not fall prey to this company! It is a very shady business that is basically selling cheap garbage worth less than dollar store quality at high prices. They have no means of contact other than email. I tried to cancel my order the day after I placed it and subsequently sent three more emails to cancel the order before they were shipped out and then they shipped them anyway. I refused the packages through the USPS and they will not refund my money. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company.

    Total scam, wish I could do a negative star review. Wreath was 13”, when we ordered the 60”. Plastic berries are dropping off, and there’s a huge wad of glue gun glue on the top holding it all together.
    Sent email well within the 7 day “reflection” period and never heard back. Tried again, never heard back. No phone number; they’re in China. DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!! Wish I had read the reviews. So dumb.

    Seriously, my order was received and my bank showed the transaction. I have emailed them twice to get shipping confirmation info....17 days later no responses to my emails. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (I have to choose a "star"....I would leave ZERO STARS)

    This company should be shut down. My mom ordered me a wreath and I canceled it a minute later because I knew this site was a scam. I told them exactly why and I get a response back asking why I wanted to cancel. Then it’s already shipped. Paid $59 for a piece of garbage that you would find in a dollar store. Of course no response when I complained and wanted my money back. Im beyond angry. So making a complaint with the credit card company. Why are they even allowed to keep doing this and not being shut down?!

    At least this is the return address I was given when I informed them I would be returning this niece of junk. My mistake for not reading the extra tiny print indiscriminately lost in the description of what was displayed as a large beautiful winter wreath being held for all to see by a young women. When in actuality it’s the size of a dinner plate, made with extremely cheap materials - it is ABSOLUTE JUNK. I was told I could get a partial refund & return the item to the address above - which would cost way more that what I paid for it.

    I wish I had seen reviews before I ordered from this website. The order was not received for weeks and when it came, it was cheap junk from China. (6 red Cardinal birds I ordered for my Christmas Tree). I wouldn’t have paid $5.00 for this junk if I’d seen them in person. Lesson learned: Check for reviews when ordering from and unfamiliar site. ??

    Company not worth 1 star!! Total scammers! I purchased a 26 inch wreath for 54.00, the picture showed the wreath to be full and beautiful, I received a 6 inch piece of junk not even worth ****** **** prices! I emailed and Demanded a full refund- they offered 35 percent refund and I keep their junk! Do not buy from this place! They use a U.S. Georgia address, but they are in China! SCAMMERS!!! Their merchandise is not what they advertise! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

    Clayflame is a scam. I ordered a wreath and within minutes of my order, I emailed them to cancel the order. This is because they show this large beautiful wreath, and then in the description, it is only 30cm, which is tiny. They told me the wreath had already shipped (it was literally 5 mintues). On their website policy, it states orders may be cancelled within 24 hours. They told me they would give me 10% back on the order and to just keep it. I have now received the wreath and have emailed them several times without a response. SCAM SCAM SCAM. This company should be closed by now.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. The items I purchased looked NOTHING like pictured online. When I contacted customer service, 14 times as of today, they continually rebuffed my return request. I even went so far as to attach a copy of their own return policy in my email.
