    Precision Tune Auto Located at 4025 Victory Dr.; Columbus, GA 31903. replaced a fuel pump on my vehicle. A week later my check engine light came on. I took my vehicle back to them. The manager would not even look at it, he told me to put some miles on it. Check engine light was still on after several weeks. I took it back again, he told me the same thing again. I took it back a third time and the manager was out on sick leave. The mechanic that worked on my vehicle originally told me. that I would have to pay $350 for repair. I told him no. Why should I have to pay them anything when it should have been taken care of in the beginning. He told me that he could not make that decision, only the manager could. After that I kept calling for several weeks until I was told that the manager was back. When I took my vehicle back for the fourth time, I was told that the manager was too busy to see me. After that, I took my vehicle to the dealer for check engine light, they did not know that the fuel pump had just been replaced. They did a diagnosis, and I was told that I needed a new fuel pump. That was a shocker. They also said that the fuel pump was after market and it was faulty. They said that it was not a genuine factory part.

    If there were a way to give them 0 stars I would've done that. I took my vehicle in to have my rear brakes serviced and had additional services done May 22, 2023. Several visits later and multiple failed attempts to repair damages that they caused to my vehicle, they finally agreed to pay to pay the ***** dealer to fix my vehicle properly. However, when I went there to collect the check so that I could schedule my appointment with the dealer, they said that the manager was out and that they had no money to give me, when I called them last week to let them know that I would be in on 07/17/2023 to resolve this. This was the worst experience ever! They lied about fixing my vehicle. It's still doing the same thing that they said they had repaired. My check engine light is still on, and I'm losing time, sleep, and money on an issue that has been ongoing for about two months now, because every time that I took my vehicle in to their business to fix the damage that they caused, they broke something else. If they couldn't repair a *****, they should've advised me of that initially and saved me the headaches! Please don't go to this business. They are unethical! They've lied to me repeatedly and have caused over $4100 in damages to my vehicle. They signed a letter and agreed to pay, but are now avoiding me. Save yourself some time and energy and go to a reputable company who will stand by their work and take what they do seriously!!!
