    This company has been calling and texting me, my children (minors), my parents, ex-spouse, a co-worker from 15 years ago, my husband, my husbands ex-wife and my step-children obscure messages to contact them. The messages include my former name. I changed my last name 5 years ago and have no known debt on my credit report. I have reported this fraudulent activity to the *********** attorney generals office earlier this week, but the texts and calls do not stop. I would like the calls and texts to stop. I have never spoken with or heard of this company. Reading the responses to other complaints filed with the BBB proves to me this company is not legit. Contacting minors for a debt is illegal and red flags really go up when there is no debt to be paid.

    On 6/27/2023 I received a missed call from this company threatening to show up at my job and serve me and force my manager or HR to sign as witnesses and if necessary they will get a warrant for my arrest For a debt I never actually took out. I have blocked the phone number and if they continue to call me I will seek legal assistance. I am not willing to deal with scam artists over a debt I dont actually have!

    i received a text message regarding an important matter. i was unfamiliar with the number provided and ******d it. the number kept returning as a scam. i called the phone number from someone elses phone and was placed on hold then disconnected. i called back and a representative answered but did not identify herself. when i asked what company it was she continued to say LCS. i could not locate any information via the web regarding that company name. when i proceeded to ask questions she stated i might be more familiar with the name of the company in question and then read the script regarding legal action and wage garnishment but refused to let me know of the so called company in question. she asked me to verify my social and when i stated that i was not comfortable in doing so she cut me off only to tell me that she already had it there and it was a simple yes or no question. when i asked who was the creditor before i released information i was not comfortable with releasing, she hung up on me. I optd out of receiving text messages and received a text back with the name of Long Consulting Services. i still attempted to ****** the company, still nothing came back up with a valid website or any information other than the BBB list of complaints and after reading the responses from the so-called business makes me even more glad the rep disconnected the call. seemed more like a scam then a reputable collection agency.

    I made the final payment on this so called account and contacted check into cash to make sure that the debt was settled and they told me that they had not recognition of this company and that they believed it to be fraud based on the information that I provided. This so called company contacted multiple family members sending threatening messages and giving out the last 4 digits of my social security number and all of my personal information including full name date of birth and address. When I contacted the company after being concerned based on what information Perla **** ****) at check into cash had provided me *************************** answered the call and told me that check into cash would have no information referring to them but she was able to provide me with the proper company that had my account which is plaza services LLC and was able to provide me with a loan number phone number and an address to the company. So I tried to explain to ******************* that she was able to provide me with the information for that company and I didn't understand how she wasn't able to provide me with their information and he became rude and very aggressive about the situation and asked me what I was getting at and I politely told him that I am concerned that I am being scammed and he went to saying that they worked with me on the loan and gave me a settlement and that I should be happy about the situation but never made me feel at ease about it so I did more research and came across this website because others were complaining as well. Then after seeing the reviews on this page and the responses I felt more comfortable with asking for a refund for such payments because I feel as if this is a scam based on the manner and demeanor of the conversation I had with me *******************. I felt harassed and bombarded and like I was backed into a corner and no other options but to pay them money and paid out of fear of legal actions that I was threatened with such as coming to my job and going to court

    After reading all the complaints I know now that I am not the only one that has experienced the downfalls of this company. I was first contact regarding a payday loan from a few years ago. The person I was working with was very nice, explained everything. I am not disputing that I did take out this payday loan but honestly had forgotten about till I was contacted last year. Two days ago I received a call and a voice message basically if they did not hear from me a warrant would be signed for my arrest etc. I immediately called back and the information that I was given was not making sense as the amount was a lot higher, and the person answered the phone said "legal". I was transferred to someone named ********************* who was extremely rude and threatening. I have never ever been treated this way in all my life. Whenever I asked a question, I was told to stop stalling and you know about this blah blah blah. I requested to see documentation as these days you never know there is so much scamming out there. I was told when I send the money, I would receive documentation. No matter what I tried to say or ask it was a losing battle. This was a very unprofessional way of trying to collect money by a scare tactic! I have contacted an attorney and have been told not to communicate further and to give all information to her. For all I know the name of the person may not even be real. I am not denying the debt however NO ONE should be treated with threats of being arrested/jail time etc. for a debt of $600 from a Payday loan years ago. I am so glad that I pay for legal services through my work.

    I am rejecting this response because: I understand my part and do not need to be reminded of that but that does not give you the right to threaten me with being arrested/spending 1-7 years in jail or that a warrant for my arrest is being signed. That is against the law to use those threats! You say you have reached out, but I have received nothing! Nothing in the mail or email. I am not denying my part. If the balance is $570 I will pay that immediately but no more. You have my email -and I will allow 1 email to be sent only. I have spoke with my attorney and will be taking further actions regarding the threats that were made to me on June 12, 2023.

    On two occasions I received voicemails from those company threatening to come to my workplace and home if I don't call them. When I do call they only argue with me when I tell then not to call and threaten me for any reason.

    I was contacted saying I owe a debt for ***** from 2015, they threatened me stating they are going to garnish my wages. Backed me into a corner and wanted to settle the debt. I later went on the BBB website and saw all the complaints. I was definitely scammed

    I reviewed other reviews from this company and consulted with a lawyer. They cannot *** me or send me to court for a loan from 2015, nor would they alert me by phone, they would serve me. Therefore this was a scam.

    Company keeps calling my wife's family and my family. They are telling every person they call that she is facing prosecution. I called them. They gave me multiple amounts owed and claimed to be mediators. Once I started asking questions about the account, they refused to answer and talked in circles. They refused to give me an account number. After I challenged their validity, they began insulting me. They told me I can't hold a job and my finances are unstable, so I have no credibility. I believe this company to be criminal extortionists, and I intend to file formal charges against them. I wish for them to stop contacting everyone they have listed for my wife.

    This is an extremely unprofessional response.  All I am asking for is to not be harrased and extorted. Your methods are rude and, quite frankly, criminal. A real collection company can't give out personal information to third parties. A real mediator doesn't take sides. You claiming to be a mediation firm, but accusing ** of not paying bills is contradictory. Also, telling me that my 30 days to dispute when no process has been served is also wrong. Just for your information, no one will take a company seriously that responds with insults and types in all caps.

    Company is threatening me with a debt that I don't even recall that is nearly ********************************************************************************************************* ***** for legal action regarding collections is four years. I feel genuinely threatened by this company and they called from a number that is attached to a trucking company in Georgia. The email they give for contact is different than what they emailed me and the supposed payment portal does not even function.

    On 5/9/2023, I received a call about a payday loan. I missed the first call but noticed that a voicemail was left threatening to come to my home and workplace. First, I have never had a payday loan but according to them, it went in to collections in 2022. I called back and by then, the "loan" was in the legal department. I asked what loan company was this for and why I had not received any letters. My second question was not answered but they were glad to give me the history of the company when I could care less. This man recited my FULL SSN over the phone and that is when I had enough. It is never best practice to say someone's FULL SSN. When I asked who else I could speak to, the guy stated that I could contact the police. I stated that I would and that I would also contact the BBB. I know quite a few members of law enforcement in ********** and I definitely gave the name of this company as a heads up. Ultimately, the "matter" was closed lol
