I was contacted yesterday, May 2 about a debt that shouldve been cleared when I filed my bankruptcy three years ago. This company threatened me for a debt from 2015 and they said the debtor was suing me. He didnt give me a chance to think anything over and threaten I was going to be forced to back four times the owed amount and a judgment will be put against me if I didnt pay to today! I did pay $50 of the $275 he said I owed. I called my bankruptcy lawyer and he said that all my debts were accounted for even payday loans in my bankruptcy. LCS just called me again for another debit that was taken care of in court! This company scammed me and lied. I will be seeing if I can *** them, if I dont get my money back.Business Response

No I never said that, its on my report that I filed, so any type of debt and credit agency can see that because its public record. Plus, this debt was from 2015! Also, You told me which I have on recording and sent it to my attorney, that if I didnt take care of this issue today, ****, that I would be sent to court! You should know I live in **** and by my state laws I cant be sued and it cant be reported to my credit report if its been past 6 years. Technically, you broke the law and I can report you to my state attorney general. Which my attorney has advised me to do!

They are calling me about a debt that is fake that I do not owe and when you ask them any questions they get upset and start to curse at you and call you names. They have called me multiple times with different balances owed for different payday loans just straight lying to you. They also won't allow you to see proof of debt they dont have a website to pay your debt they just want your card over the phone because you don't actually have this debt they are literally scamming you stealing your money.Business Response

They told me I owed $5000 three weeks ago and then called me yesterday and Said I owed $833 and said they don't know about the $5000 its only $833 now. This company has called my family, my place of business along with my cell phone. I have asked multiple times to show proof of the debt. I did receive an email on 1/26/2023 that did not provide information about the original debt, I was then told that the debt was with a company called American Web Loan. I called Amercian Web Loan and was told that they have never had an account with me and this company was as a scam. I responded someone by the name of ***** on what American Web Loan informed me of and put in writing that they are no longer allowed to contact my place of employment, any of my family members and they could only send me mail validated the debt per the ****** I also made sure to include in my emails that I was disputing the debt and they legally needed to show proof. After multiple emails back from them with them typing in all caps and not making sense they finally agreed that this was a scam and they would leave me alone. Now today 4/21/23 I received another call from them at my place of employment. Remember after I have already notified them that they are not to contact me at work. I was told that I would be served at my place of business and then hung up on.Business Response

The only response I got is how many payments left I have asked for a schedule of remaining payment I still have not got it. Was contacted via phone regarding a supposed debt I owed and was threatened with litigation and wage garnishment and was belittled into believing I owed the debt and subsequently set up a payment plan for 250 a month til the **** was paid. Long Consulting Services LLC contacted my mother on her personal cell phone asking for me. ******************* who works at Long Consulting Services gave personal information over the phone to her knowing it was NOT me they were speaking too. My mother immediately called me & give me the information, I immediately called ******************* back & she gave me very limited information. I was told I took out a payday loan in April of ************************************************************************* ******************* could not provide me anymore information over the phone, she said she could email me what information she has. **** emailed me a copy if an invoice from them, no information about the loan. The invoice had 2 different amounts due. I tried calling back and getting a message "phone call cannot be completed at this time." The email **** used to email is ********************************* you cannot reply to this email however the email states if you have any issues to respond to another email **************************************. I was honestly worried by identity had been stolen & wanted all the information regarding this supposed payday loan that was taken out under my name. ******************* had also told me they had a court order to serve me, I asked for the case number regarding this matter & could not get a response on that. I ran a credit report, because again, I was worried my identity was stolen. My credit report came back clean. At this point I'm realizing this company is a scam. Soon after **** called my Uncle asking for me, threatening they were going to serve papers, AFTER she had already talked to me. Its scary because this is a legitimate registered domestic LLC operating out of *******. The business has had its license since the end of October of 2019 and they had my name, address, birthday, family member phone#'s and Social. Ive narrowed it down to them getting my information from a hospital as I recently gave ************* where I put my familys information down.Business Response

This company called my mother in-law and left a threatening message about myself and legal action. I called and spoke to an extremely rude man who told me I had no legal rights to the information of the creditor that is collecting this debt. When I told him I was calling the police for harassment he said go ahead and put him on the phone I will make him look foolish. This company has called family members and has never tried to contact me directly. I called them back and was told I had a potty mouth and the guy told me I had to find God. They sent me an email saying that I owe a payday loan company money (which I never took out a payday loan). He also said that I have liens and judgements against me. How can I have such horrible credit when I just bought a new car and house? They have lots of information on me and I guess that I am going *************** a lawyer because they have done nothing but harass me and family members. If they have such a problem with me or anyone else, why don't you do the legal thing and send the signed contract to the person when they ask for proof, oh I know why, because you don't have any proof.
