      Resource Property Management, and its undersigned employees are not providing me with HOA documents set forth by Florida law to view inspect documents in their office. Myself and my undersigned attorney have been requesting these documents to view in their office per Florida Law that allows every homeowner by request has the right to inspect at this Companies office. Me and my undersigned attorney have been requesting these documents since November 2022. In particular a representative from this company Melissa J****** a new employee that switches jobs frequently is not cooperating with this request. After asking in writing several times in writing this Company by its representative Melissa J****** representative is now misusing, and abusing her fiduciary powers to write a bogus complaint against the home owners property that is me Debra V***** stating in an official letter from resource property management letterhead that this home needs painting when it was painted 4 times recently in the past few weeks. Melissa J****** and the Company Listed as Resource Property Management are harassing me weekly after receiving a cease and desist letter from my attorney. Yet Melissa feels that she wants to send out harassing e mails to me and my undersigned attorney. She must think she is above Florida Law, and Resource Property Management does nothing to prevent her from sending harassing letters and e mails to me and my undersigned attorney. This employee Melissa J****** obviously has some kind of personal emotional problems where she refuses to follow Florida law. In which Resource Property Management is the Company she represents. By preventing me and my attorney in which we already have an e mail confirming our arrival later this month. Melissa has been overstepping her fiduciary boundaries from preventing me and my undersigned attorney into the office at Resource Property Management. We will be at their office on the agreed upon date of January. Her actions might lead to a legal issues both to Melissa J****** personally and the Company Resource Property Management will ultimately may be forced to legal ramifications if this type of behavior continues to exist. This representative Melissa J****** is not doing her job nor being so blatantly rude disrespectful writing bizarre letters to a Florida Attorney of 35 years experience. Ultimately Resource Property Management is responsible for their employees actions. Debra V***** CC: Attorney of Record for Debra V*****

      Resource Property Management received a Records Inspection Request from ***** ******* homeowner in River Ridge HOA, and set an appointment for her and her attorney to come to the Clearwater office of Resource Property Management to view the records she requested in her written Records Inspection Request.  Resource Property Management responded to her Records Inspection Request in compliance with the Florida Homeowners Association Act (FS 720).  Ms. ****** and her attorney are scheduled to visit the office on Tuesday, January 24th at 2pm to view the records that she requested.

      Resource Property Management is contracted by River Ridge HOA to provide certain services to the association.  One of which is to perform community inspections and send reminder notices to the owners to comply with the governing documents for the HOA.  Resource Property Management does not enforce the governing documents of River Ridge HOA as that is the Board of Directors fiduciary duty to the association.  Resource Property Management simply carries out this administrative function on behalf of the Board of Directors.

      The manager for the association, Melissa J******, is not harassing Ms. ****** by sending out reminder notices to her about maintenance required on her home in River Ridge HOA.  If Ms. ****** disagrees with the reminder notices sent by RPM to her regarding the maintenance of her home in conjunction with the language in the governing documents of her community she should address this matter with the Board of Directors of River Ridge HOA.
