    Do not use this company! I was originally quoted around $3500 to move some household items and a motorcycle. I explicitly called out the motorcycle and they included that in the quote. I also walked through all the items I was moving. A "quality assurance" person had a follow-up call with me. I again walked through all the items I was moving and raised the price to $4500. Okay. I When the movers showed up (a day before I had to be out of the house), they changed the price to $7200. When I complained, they pointed to the contract that had added fees for bulky items. I had told Allied about the bulky items from the start. Their price was supposed to include that.In the initial call, they said my items should be delivered in **** days. When the movers came, I told them that I didn't need them any earlier than 10 days. After 10 days and no communication on my delivery date, I called Allied. They didn't know when my stuff was coming because they are a moving broker; not the moving company. They claimed they called the company, but haven't heard back, but again, pointed to the contract that said they have a 3 week window after the date I gave them which was set at 10 days after I moved. So, I might have to wait over a month to get my stuff. And, at this point, I still don't know when it might arrive.This company is as close to a scam as you can get. They will tell you one thing, but put language in their contracts that they then use against you. Just look how they respond to the complaints here - citing technicalities on why the customer was wrong and not them. Don't make the mistake I did. Avoid this company at all costs!

I will say though that not only are we forthcoming with all the information in your review by providing it in the agreement that is signed by our customers but we also verbally explain these *********** to our customers as well. During the booking process or whenever a customer contacts our **************** team we address all questions and concerns with complete transparency. We would like to offer our sincere apologies that our services did not meet your expectations, however I can confirm that your shipment has been loaded for delivery and should arrive within 7 business days.     This 3 part **** was one of the worst and most expensive experiences of my life! My poor mom who just lost her only husband :(. Allied One is the broker that ropes you in with the most minimal quote from any other reputable company. I was initially sold because they sold themselves as Allied (the big trucks you see everywhere, no, its NOT THEM!) and talked about their huge reputation. They quoted me just over 3k to move my mother, her cat, and about 900 square-foot of furniture 850 miles, and at the end we paid $7k and so many broken promises, HUGE DELAYS, and scams. DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THEM! I wouldnt wish this company on my very worst enemy!

    Stay away! I wish I had looked at this before I booked with them. They wanted money BEFORE I saw the contract. Stupidly I gave them banking info, but I did not sign the contract. They still attempted to draft our account. They are thieves and liars. I should have known better when ** kept saying, "We are good people." I called 5 times and talked to 3 different people and they wanted me to sign for a refund. I said I wouldn't and they said they would not process the refund until I signed the agreement. I NEVER SIGNED THE FIRST CONTRACT. We went to the bank to stop payment - even though the payment was NEVER agreed upon. Horrible experience!!!

    This company is very Fraudulent they are very Rude and disrespectful and Very tricky They lied to you about pricing just to get your business and get a big deposit from you and at the end they Raise the price double triple of the original price for your move so you cancel and they wont give your deposit back they literally steal from people this company shouldnt exist I had this very bad experience today 11/11/2020

    They only want to push to make a contract, very unprofessional and no friendly at all. They kept doing sales pitch and talking about price. I wanted good service and it seems they only talk a big game but don't actually know how to give good service. I am only guessing but their coordinators work on commission which is why they are so pushy about things. Didn't take more then 5 mins to decide not to go with them.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Tried to cancel and get a refund. Spoke with ****. Kept repeating himself about about DOT fees they have paid therefore no refund after a 48 window of time. Was not interested in refunding my money that was 3 days ago. Please read this reviews carefully. Not one good review!

    This is a joke of a company. We planned a move from **** to Virginia and were assured everything would be taken care of. We have never used a moving company before and after this experience never will again. The first representative sales associate we spoke to was very kind and gave us a few discounts which was nice. A quality assurance associate called three weeks later and tried pressuring us to pay $3,000 more because our original quote wouldn't cover what was originally quoted. I told him we weren't changing anything and then he started talking down to me as if I don't know what I packed myself to move. And demanded to speak to my husband even though I'm the one who scheduled everything. The driver called a few days later stating that he wouldn't take 1/2 of the things on the manifest without an additional $4,000. That Allied One doesn't know what they're doing. He said he'd be at my home the next day and would go over the manifest in person. Pick up day comes and no movers show up or answer their phone or text messages. They finally respond the next day with " GOD, we've been having problems with the truck" as if I were bothering them inquiring about their location. I called the moving company and relayed the message. Our pick up window has come and gone. My husband is mostly likely going to lose his new job because he's still waiting for movers to come pick up our things. Allied one moving and storage has yet to respond with a solution. Apparently they don't have supervisors or corporate offices with phone numbers to contact anyone other than customer service.

    SCAM AND FRAUD. These people give you an extremely low quote, take a deposit and then you literally never hear from them again. The two times Ive reached someone on the phone they transferred me to someone else who kept me on hold for ten minutes just to say no one was there and they couldnt receive voicemails. No one shows up! Stay far far away and use a reputable long distance mover!

    STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!This company is for sure a scam, all they want is to get your money upfront. They don't even deserve 1 star. They are rude and thieves. Got a quote for a 2 bedroom apartment move asked for a deposit and then when the ** department called back said we needed more space than what was quoted and doubled the price of the move. We indicated we couldn't afford that amount and he tricked and pressured us into signing the new agreement stating that it was for our protection that if we didn't need all the space that we wouldn't have to pay it, and we would have secured enough space for everything. He was rude and lied to our face and said to trust him that this would benefit us. His name is ********* with their ** department. Stay away from them please don't let them scam you. We ended up losing $3300 of deposit money that ********* forced/rushed us to pay while on the phone with him or he would cancel the move. They are LIARS and can't be trusted with your personal items either as they can't guarantee you when your items will be delivered. They will keep your items hostage. Worst experience ever.

    Complete **** ... they charged over $8,000 to move our furniture from IL to FL. All but two pieces arrived destroyed and many of our boxed items were damaged as well. The total damage to our belongings was close to $25,000. It also took four weeks to deliver the belongings when we were promised between three and five days. They are tied to an insurance company that is a **** as well. PLEASE avoid them at all costs. .
