  I only wished and hoped that they would do what they said. The two people I talked to go to website look at how we are different. Nothing has come of it but me sending them a monthly email and lowering my asking price. For 74 to 90 days it normally takes more like 374 or 394. I feel suckered and stuck. It's November I paid and wastes my money now I have to pay maintenance fees next month.

  I'm in the same position. Paid the money 6 months ago and never heard back. I'll be calling them again this week to get updates.
  
  To make the situation even more interesting, I had a sales person from RCS call me a few weeks back to ask me if I wanted to move forward on setting up the sale of my timeshare. Their system doesn't even track whether or not I have an active contract with them. Such a disappointment.
  
  My advice would be to avoid paying this company any money.

We do see noted multiple dates of communication starting 3/14/2023 you spoke with C/S, on 4/20/2023 C/S sent email, issued phone call, and left detailed voicemail, on 5/5/2023 you spoke with C/S  who informed you of event presentation, and also on 07/10/2023 you spoke with C/S about update. The most recent notes reflect after expressing concerns as mentioned you contacted and spoke with C/S on 10/30/2023 and requested your sale price be reduce, your sale price was updated to your satisfaction.   I did not receive any contact since this comment. We're 2 months past 11/02/2023. I have lost all hope that this company is actually a legitimate business.

  One star is too much. In reality, this is a company that is dedicated to daily scams. They offered me a service that was never received and they placed your property on a website that practically does not exist because the advertising they do is poor. They also tell you that they need at least 90 days to sell your property and it is a lie since their business is not to sell your resort, it is just to take your money
  If you call by phone, they never answer, and in that game the 10-day cancellation guarantee expires for your money back Also They use other photos that are not those of your property for sale and this is fraud.
  Don't be a victim of these scammers. They must be reported to the police department.

  Garbage company they tell you everything you want to hear till you give them the money and then they don't do anything to see your timeshare. been on the market for 8 months and nothing and can't even call to give updates I would stay away from this company there are other companies that will sell it after and better I guess you get what you pay for.

  We received a call from this company in regards to selling our timeshare. We were very skeptical but they were very convincing and even led us to these reviews to validate them. We paid $1395.00 on January 30th to sale our timeshare. They helped set the asking price. We initially received monthly calls and were told that the timeshare was listed. We never received any offers or opportunities to sale. The calls have stopped and it’s been 8 months later with no results. Unfortunately, this appears to be just another scam. I encourage you all to avoid this company. Hopefully this review will save someone $1395.

  When I first spoke to RCS I was sceptical but I'm so happy they got me out of my timeshare they're the real deal. John Joseph walked me through everything step by step and now I'm timeshare free! I thought it was impossible but not with RCS, they kept me updated the whole time through the sale. Me and my wife have this timeshare in Branson for years and we're to old to travel anymore let alone my maintenance fees are to high.. thanks guys for everything you have done for us we will refer your services to anyone who needs helps out of there timeshare finally.

  Thank you Paul and Resort Cancellation Services. They first contacted me about the interest in resort vacations and offered me a good deal on resort vacation ownership. I later negotiated and accepted an offer Paul presented. He was very helpful throughout the process. I would say that the overall experience was five stars.

  I was invited to a meeting where I was misled into purchasing timeshare, 4 years later never being able to use it due to lack of availability I searched for a way out and now finally thanks to RCS I am Out, I was scared at first but with good communication and constant updates I started feeling more comfortable and 8 months later I am timeshare free. David and Robert got the job done!!! Thanks again for everything

  Finally after 7 years of paying for something I can never use due to lack of availability I’m FREE!! So glad this is all over. I just wish I would’ve known about this sooner. If you’re looking for a way out of your timeshare RCS is it!!!
