  I must say I recommend Resort Cancellation Services to anyone that have a timeshare and wants OUT. It took about 7 months to sell and be free of high maintenance fees every year and I made MONEY out of it.

  This company is a fraud, do not give your money to this company. I trusted them to advertised my time share in Las Vegas. They gave me a 10 months time frame or I could get my money back. I had 0 offers and the ten months are up. When I called them to get my money back, they said that, that's not in the contract and they can only update my listing and added to the priority list. I want my $1795.00 back.

  We signed up with RCS January 2022 for them to help us get out of our timeshare. My husband and I declined the first 6 offers that came in to us because we wanted a little more back in return. After 7 months we are now timeshare free. Thank You Mala for helping us through the process. Thank you so much RCS.

  RCS called me in December 2021 and offered to sell our timeshare with HICV. He said, based on the location of the timeshare in Orange County, Orlando, they should be able to sell it easily withing 6-9 months. He said they will refund the money if they cannot sell it in that timeframe. He showed me the BBB website with no customer complaints. But once I paid them the money, they stopped responding to calls. It has been one year and no response from them. After several attempts, I finally got on a call with customer service. They refused to give any refund nor provide any proof that they made an attempt to sell it or of any offers. All their positive reviews on BBB are fake and they seem to have a way to manipulate the reviews in their favor to lure more customers. This is all a scam. Don't waste your money on these scammers.

  Thank you for the opportunity to respond, Currently, Mr. ****** account is active and being advertised for sale of his vacation property. We have received some inquiries and one offer feel through because the buyer couldn't secure financing and Mr. ****** was notify .We do apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced , but we are working diligently to forward offers to owners. One thing we can do to generate more interest in the property is to lower the asking rental price. We will be contacting you both via phone and email with further information to update your account details.

  Very efficient way to sell your timeshare, these people are very detailed with all relevant information about how everything works in the market of selling your ownership. Definitely would recommend!

  Started process in May, the person we dealt with Marc ******* was very good for about 2-3 weeks keeping us updated on our timeshare and what events they were going to. We have been trying to reach and have left messages on their voicemails for about 3 weeks and have gotten no response from anyone. Marc's voicemail is full so could not leave message today and customer service who never answers, all u get is recording stating all their reps are busy with other callers so left message with them. Which so far have not returned call....I'm starting to wonder if their still in business. ?

  Customer services here at RCS is our top priority, we have spoken to Ms. ********** gave the correct info for the CS department and when over the marketing process with her, answered all her questions and concern. She's still happy to continue marketing her Property with us.
