  I was contacted by Resort cancellation Services and spoke with Teresa who helped me get rid of my nightmare time share. Between the service fee’s and block out dates I was never able to use it. I tried selling and renting it out on various websites with no luck. Until I got a call from Teresa in February of 22’. She explained what the companies service’s and left no questions un answered. This company knows the value of a hard earned dollar and I can recognize that just a few minutes into my call with Teresa. They were able to completely sell my time share by April of 23’ and i am more then satisfied with the offer. They handled all of the legal and marketing matters, all I had to do was except the offer I felt comfortable with and they handled the rest. I recommend Resort Cancellation Service to anyone looking for a way out of the time share trap!

  Resort Cancellation Services has been very undependable and have not been able to sell either of my time share units in well over a full year. In fact, they've not produced a single offer for me to consider. The only thing they have accomplished is to pay me for renting somebody one night in my Cabo property for which I received a very modest sum.
  Based on my personal experience, I would avoid working with this company. I engaged with them in January of 2022 after receiving a large spiel about their "guarantees" and "success rate". However, I've paid them $4,000 to sell two time shares and they have not sold either in the ensuing year and two months. We are in our mid-seventies and on on a fixed income and do not have this kind of money to waste!

  Its been over a year and have not received any updates or progress reports. All I know is they took 500 dollars from me towards a promotional. I'm not happy with this company at all.

  Being a timeshare owner for 15 years, I used my week maybe twice in 15 years. Tried selling it, renting it with a few outfits and only one successful… Resort Cancellation Services. They help me out of my timeshare noose.

  RCS worked tirelessly to get my family out of our Festiva Resort timeshare. I had a fast-acting agent that got us out of our timeshare in 4 months! I couldn’t get this done with any other company, most took my money and ran, not RCS! I am more than thrilled to use our now extra income on living it up in the Sunshine State!   We signed up for RCS over one year ago and paid them $3000 to sell or cancel our timeshare and never got any phone calls or services. We left numerous messages with customer service but still no response. Steer clear of this business bc they will take your money and ghost you.

  fraud, scam liars, do not give your money to this company. I trusted them i paid them almost 1800 gave me a 10 months time frame and said I would get my money back liars. I had 0 offers and the ten months are up. When I called them to ask them to give my money back, they said that, that's not what is in the contract and they can only update my listing and added to the priority list. I want my money back. liars scam 100% . Not one offer. What a joke.
