    I paid $1,800.00 two years ago to sell my Royal Holiday Timeshare. as of this date nothing has happen dispite numerous drops in selling price and promises of "showcasting my listing", its cost me a additional $1,200.00 to keep my timeshare active the lasr 2 years, don't make the same mistake I did, there is no money back guarantee,*****************

    Fantastic job in the service of selling my timeshare. From the original time frame I was given to the actual sale of my timeshare, id say the difference was a few weeks. I received an offer I wasnt interested in and declined just for a better offer to come around a few days later. Im grateful for the assistance. Recommending to my friends

    I was so tired of looking for options to sale or just get out of my timeshare and always would run into scam companies but after finding RCS Im extremely glad I went with my gut and trusted ****** to help me throughout this process. I highly recommend their services. Thanks to this company Im finally out and done with timeshares for good!

    Horrible Service. My wife and I have waited over two years for this company to sell our property. You should have a zero-star button because they don't deserve a star.They specifically asked us NOT TO PAY OUR PROPERTY TAXES because they'd pay them at the time of sale. We are now behind $4,978.58, and the last correspondence was from May 11, 2023.To take the pressure off of their scheme, I offered to lower my asking price by 10K just to dump the property and them. They refused. It's a scam full of spin. Don't do business under any circumstances and for your sake, pay any property taxes or other fees or you will end up like my wife and I...hoping they work hard at selling your property as they do pitching their fraudulent services.

We understand your concerns and seen you were in communication with customer care most recent update was 9/26/23 and you did request to reduce your sale price on 9/27/23. However the maintenance fees are your responsibility until you are no longer the owner as stated in the agreement.     I will say this company did follow through on their promises of getting me out of my timeshare. It took longer than expected but I finally received an offer which I accepted. I did rent my points at a discounted rate to a few families and got some money back as well. Thank you ****** for all your help. I would refer everyone to this company.

    I signed up with RCS to sell my timeshare. Couldn't travel anymore due to my health and did not want to leave it to my daughter. They assisted me in having another family learn about my account which I discounted. ************** and sold it within 5 months with RCS.Thank you RCS.

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. TOTAL RIPOFF. Signed contract in May, 2023 and paid $1495. Then we settled with Bluegreen for 4K to get out of that timeshare. Sent proof of resolution as requested by "*****" from RCS on October 19th and I am still waiting a call back, an email or a refund. Talked to "*********" today who said she could see that the info I was giving her was listed in my account and she was going to send this -again- to a supervisor named "*******". If I don't hear something concrete in one week, I will be contacting my credit card company to tell them that I did not receive the services paid for and asking them to retract the payment. I know times are are tough, but try to earn a living by NOT ripping people off, ya know! Karma is real.

    This customer did choose an alternate option by settling, and cancelling her timeshare with the resort developer. Customer was in contact with the billing department and all necessary documents requested were provided in which the customer received a full refund.     This company did something I never thought would be possible. In little time my ownership was sold and I was worry free. I recommend people give them a shot, you won’t be sorry.

    This "company" stole from us, lied to us and had done nothing to help us. They told us they had good standing with BBB and send a link (which we now see they are shown as "not accredited" and have multiple complaints). We have tried to contact them and if we reach someone they know nothing. We were told to be patient and at 10 months we would receive an offere - we have had nothing at 11 months. Now they tell me we will be put on a "act now list" and we will get an offer within a month. Well, I doubt that'll happen given the history of this "company". The phone number comes up as "potential fraud" which is acurate. We are considering a lawyer to assist us. One star is too much but I have to pick something to submit this review. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY LIE, CHEAT & STEAL.
