    On 12-12-22 I entered a contract with AMS Management Service Corp. I hired them to exit me out my wife and mother’s timeshare. They charged me $4,300.00, which was split between my credit card and debit card. They explained how they could retrieve the money that I had spent there and exit me out of the timeshare. AMS had contracted out the legal services for this exit to *** *********** ***** ***. On January 19, 2023 Betsy the attorney from *** *********** ***** *** informed me via email that if I went forward with the exit of the timeshare I would have to stop paying the timeshare monthly fee and by doing so it could negatively affect my wife and mother’s credit. After going back and forth with AMS I spoke to the head attorney Frank and he confirmed that exiting the timeshare using their strategy could adversely affect my mother and wife’s credit. On March 6, 2023 I requested a refund of my $4,300.00 and the AMS representative assigned to my case informed me that it would be processed. She informed me on several occasion that I would see the money in my accounts and I still haven’t seen it. She told me twice that if I didn’t see the refund in my accounts that they would wire transfer the money and it has been excuse after excuse. It is now May 5, 2023 and she has been given me the run around. She told me over the phone today that they would send a wire transfer to my account at 2:15pm. I have attached all of the email, text correspondences and contract with the AMS representative. They have taken my money and they won't give it back. Please help me retrieve my refund.

    In November 2022 I signed an agr**ment with AMS Management Service Corp (AMS) a Florida Corporation. The company was to negotiate a full refund from LifeStyle Vacation Club in the amount of $45,000 US Dollars. The agr**ment was signed by Cindy L** License Number ******* a representative of AMS. The address of AMS Management Service Corp a division of AMS Management Service Corp , *** * ******* ******* ***** ***** *** ******* ** ***** * ******* ** ****.

    I've had monthly conversations with Mr, Li** and all I get is we are close to negotiation of the refund in full. Every 30 days she tells me - "By the End of the Month." - we will have it resolved for you.

    My payment of $9,500 was made in advance as it is required by many such professional firms. I did my due diligence, but now I find that I might have b**n the victim of a scam. The company (AMS) has sent me documents by US Mail, E-Mail, and communicated by phone with me. At this time I f**l a FRAUD has occurred

    Contract was signed on 8/11/2022 to assist in obtaining refund(s) against three (3) credit cards that were for payment for timeshare cancellation assistance. A refund of $12,000 was applied to one (1) credit card on 9/2/2022; payment of 45% of refund ($5,400 - $26.95 postage = $5,373.05) was sent to AMS (per contract, page 1 #3-4). Very little contact was received from AMS after that date. I was notified of a change in representative/agent on 10/10/2022 and have spoken with her only once and had a few texts since that date. I have texted, emailed and left voice messages for both my representative and initial contact with AMS, but have received no response since 11/21/2022, when representative texted and said she was unable to make call that day.
