"The russian man who works at the office cursed me out when I came to pick up my belongings after my car was towed due to a horrible non at fault accident this morning, unfortunately to this horrible place. Another man arrived, in a ******** with no tags on - said I arrived at 5pm and I am 1 minute late so I have to pay 35$ to get my belongings out of my car, I said ok, but I said I did not arrive late as I have a photo of being inside the lot parked waiting already at 5pm - he screamed get out and pointed to the door." ...
