The russian man who works at the office cursed me out when I came to pick up my belongings after my car was towed due to a horrible non at fault accident this morning, unfortunately to this horrible place. Another man arrived, in a ******** with no tags on - said I arrived at 5pm and I am 1 minute late so I have to pay 35$ to get my belongings out of my car, I said ok, but I said I did not arrive late as I have a photo of being inside the lot parked waiting already at 5pm - he screamed get out and pointed to the door. I got in my car and called the police. The police asked them for my belongings, the two men told the police - only if I pay 70$ - 35$ and 35$ to walk onto the lot - I agreed - then the 2 men (russian man and beige shirt ) said forget it that Ill have to make an appointment tomorrow. HORRIBLE PLACE. Horrible men who treat a WOMAN like this. Not safe. Stay away.

A business that takes advantage of the authority they have with the state to screw the customer. Very upset with this company Bullet Towing in Palmetto FL. My vehicle was picked up back in December 2023. At the moment I went and told them I would not get my car out, fee due was $440. I signed a form stating I would leave vehicle there. Employees that day did not explained or said anything but to get a copy of my DL and sign a form. Now 6 months later I'm trying to renew my tag and they have a lien on my record. Why? If that was the case I would had got car out. I'm unaware how the process is when they tow your vehicle, that's what the employee job is to inform the customer. I called Bullet to explain my situation, they were rude, hang up on me, and said it is what it is. I called again to request to speak with a manager, they said the owner would called me. Matt, owner was no help at all, same attitude, he says did you ask questions, really. So your employees are statues then? I asked for the form I signed or the name of employee back in December, he has no record. Apparently he had notes that I was causing a scene and was very upset when i was there. I was like really you see notes but don't have what I'm asking for. All the opposite, me feeling devastated with the accident my son had, I was crying, that's how I was. They have a problem with customer service, and a lack in training. It's not about the customer asking questions, it's about them as a business to inform the customer how they work. Matt said I was only paying a portion of the fee because it was around $1500, really from day one they asked $440 and 6months later it's still $440. So, makes no sense. I never received any correspondence thru mail or anything. I told them ok I will pay you I want my car back then, which they no longer have. If their employees did their job right this would not be a problem now. Advantage and rudeness at the greatest at this place. Employees are a reflection of their boss

I am very upset with my service, it was the worst towing experience I have ever had. my driver **** did not turn off my car after dropping it off which caused the battery to go dead. There was penalty of space in my driveway to park my vehicle where I had instructed it to be. The driver and owner both said that it would fit there and they would do it. ( others live here but they were not parked in the drive way). The driver was also super rude to my spouse when he was telling him where **** needs to put it. He told him " it's your problem ". This is all documented. When I called this morning, the owner of the company I believe **** said " it is your problem. Deal with it " then proceeded to hang up. I am super frustrated with this company, the customer service is horrible. when I called the company to put in a complaint/ try to get a solution. They do not want to fix any issues with customers that they have caused.
