      My experience with On Tech was above excellent from start to finish. The technician was very good at keeping me apprised of what time he would arrive. He was very prompt. He wore shie covers in my home without even me requesting, which shows respect of your home. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in installing our security alarm and sensitive to making it as easy as possible for my 80 year old Mom to understand. He even suggested/ recommended additional safety concerns that the security company did not address with us. He did above and beyond his responsibility and did not make us feel in any way rushed. He was caring and.attentive to our concerns.

      Extremely satisfied with the service provided. The Tech ****** was very friendly, courteous and extremely professional. The installation was faster and better than expected. The Tech was very knowledgeable with the system and assured we knew how to use the system as well as the app, and assisted in the most strategic locations of the sensors. Very highly recommended!

      Very good professional clean installation that worked well. WE are located between ******** and *****, ****** on the edge of both ************** and when TV signals changed from Analog to Digital we were in an area where the signal was just too weak from either market but ONtech had the solution Thanks to ONTECH

      I had a great experience! There were some quirks about our house that made the installation obnoxious, and they were extremely helpful and professional.

      We had **** from OnTech at our house to do the SimpliSafe installation. He was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, got us involved as to where the cameras and motion detectors should go. He explained some other products that we could get from SimpliSafe. These products did not include installation, so he was only telling us for our own good and not because he could get additional work. I would definitely use OnTech again if I needed something installed. He was awesome.

      I had a good experience with OnTech. The installation went smoothly and the installer was friendly, efficient, and answered all my questions. They are a bit expensive, but I used them because with my Ring purchase I got free installation.

      Very good at confirming appointment time, updating technician arrival time and the technician was very polite, respectful, helpful, and patient. Overall really good communication and very very good service.
