      I would NEVER DO business with OnTech again. I would leave a zero star rating if I was allowed. They made mistakes and then lied to try to cover them up. It is a long story and they already bounced me once so just take my word for it. If you have options don't work with OnTech. That being said the Tech who did the work was great.I called and asked to speak to a supervisor. They said they would call back in 1 to 2 days. It has be 3 and nothing so they must know they are doing a poor job.

      Tech called ahead and arrived on time. He was professional and explained everything to my understanding. I'm enjoying my system without any frustration or headache of installation. One of the best investments I've ever made.

      We hired OnTech to install an alarm system. The tech (****) called prior to scheduled appointment to confirm the time of arrival. He was punctual and polite. He reviewed all of the devices that were installed as well as reviewing the phone app with us. It was a rainy day and he consistently wore shoe covers in the house to protect the flooring. It was a very good experience for us.

      I made a great choice hiring OnTech to install my new tv mount. The technician had experience with that exact mount and knew what he was doing. The end result was perfect and Im so happy

      OnTech did a great job of managing my requested schedule for a SimplySafe Security install. Their email notices kept me informed of expected arrival time and work window. The technician arrived during the expected window and provided a professional and friendly installation. ****** solicited my preferences for device install preferences and provided me with options for desired functionality. He also did a great job of setting indoor and outdoor camera target areas according to my preferences. I am very satisfied with OnTech and the technician's work.

      Ontech came out to educate us on our Simpli Safe system. Their tech was excellent on explaining operating functions, and gave suggestions for additional equipment. Also helped us in suggesting placement of equipment for better coverage. Very courteous, very conscientious, and prompt. I will use them again if needed. They also offer a wide list of equipment.
