      Absolutely fantastic service from ***** with OnTech here in ************, **, from start to finish. I am a brand new homeowner and ***** was extremely knowledgeable, personable, professional, thoughtful, and kind. He answered all my questions patiently and in ways I could understand and I felt extremely confident in using my Simplisafe system after he left. He even wore shoe protection so he wouldnt scuff up my floors! He was very fast as well. Also offered his expertise when I asked for it. To sum it up, at the end of the service, i felt like I had made a new friend in addition to being treated as a customer, which is a rare feeling in business. Again, I am extremely satisfied and would recommend ***** all day every day to help with OnTech services!

      My technician was very thorough and took the time to explain each step. He installed 20 SimpliSafe sensors, cameras, and other detectors. So far, so good. Im glad I had OnTech do this first, initial install. My tech taught me how to add other sensors in the future should I desire to do so.
