    This company is calling different people looking for me giving out all of my personal information without verifying who theyre truly speaking with. Leaving voicemails with my personal information. The Asian woman says her name is ***** and calls from different numbers. I want it STOPPED IMMEDIATELY!!! Shes harassing people and giving out my private information. Shes rude, unprofessional and gives out information such as ss number, date of birth and an address I never lived at.

    Let me start off with saying they started off with a ********** number calling then went to a ******** number. They were calling from. The woman who called was so rude and tacky she started off being veryrude calling and when I answered she talked to me like she knew me said hey ***** whats upi said whats up she said well i tried to call you last week but you was too busy to talk to me are you too busy now or do shall i proceed with wage garnishment. I asked her what she was talking about she said i owe her client money and she said she was from the delegates group and when i asked what it was about and who was it about she said in ************************************************************************************************ 2018 and she said yeah but youve been back and i said you dont know if i have or not now im telling you i dont know what you are talking about give me details and she wouldnt i asked for a supervisor she said theres nobody to talk to but her so i said oh you own the company well let me have your companys info so i can investigate and she said i just caught you at a bad time ill call back and i told her dont ever call back if its a legitimate claim escalate it to your fraud department and lets sort it out because I dont recollect any of this so i would like to get to the bottom of ir myself and she said there was no fraud department. So i feel like this was a scam and id like to report it. I have never heard of any collection agency talking or acting or refusing to give information so i dont believe it is a legitimate business and i think they are trying to scam.

    My husband and I have been harassed by the Delegates Group and then called and left threatening messages on our voicemail. This company is stating that we had a payday loan in 2019 that went unpaid, and they are forwarding the file to our county for court proceedings. This has been ongoing for at least one year and when we spoke with them last year it was supposedly a loan from 2008. We have asked more than once to not be contacted at work and to have any information sent regarding this "account". This has never happened, and they continue to call our places of employment. We have never taken out a payday loan. Today I told "Jordyn" that I would once again like any information regarding this account and she said she would send it to me via my phone. That didn't happen. I asked her to stop calling my husband and I and hung up. She called back and left a threatening message. This is a scam.

    The so called collection agency had information about a payday loan from 2019 that my daughter had ! I'm sending this in on her behalf! **** that the loan company hired them to retrieve the ************ would send court papers, garnishment & press charges if not settled. Got so bad that they were calling my daughters job harassing her. I eventually step in to help her pay. They had me sign a doc email to set up arrangements for the remaining balance. I've paid $160 to them already! And due to pay again tomorrow 12/14/2022! What should I do? After reading all the ******************** reviews, I've discovered that they are not a real business apparently or not legit.

    A man named ************************* called from the Delegates Group. He began threatening me with legal action about a supposed debt from 2009. He called me a thief. The group is calling my family members from all different phone numbers telling them to reach out to me before I go to jail. The man is very rude. He yells and will not let me talk. I asked for all paperwork and he refused. I told him to stop calling my work and family. He said he will do what he wants. He just kept threatening me with jail time. He said he knows all about me and will let my employer know that I am a thief. I asked him not to call back. He called three more times and left rude, threatening voice messages on my phone and my employer's phone.
