Multiple calls per day including calls to a former employer. They are threatening and nasty. They demand I confirm my personal information. I refused to do so and advised that if they have a matter of such importance, they need to tell me what it is and mail evidence of the "claim". They refuse to do so. I demanded they stop calling my former employer and they said they will not. They told me that they will continue to harass me until I comply with their demands.

I have received multiple calls from Delegates group stating I obtained a payday loan for $322.70 on 3/15/2018. I was given the alleged creditor information of Supreme Lending (which is a mortgage company and has no record of me). I DID not obtain ANY payday loan and dispute ALL of the information they provided. I was notified that uniformed officers will be coming to arrest me at my home.Phone numbers come from ********* NC ************ and man's name is ********.

This business has contacted myself and family members with false information while threatening legal action without providing documentation of charges. They are also recording calls without gaining consent and claiming the call is recorded halfway through. Im a victim of identity theft and need to have written confirmation of charges before I can issue a payment over the phone. When I requested that, they refused and became threatening. Based on other complaints this is the norm for them and it appears they are violating the fair debt collecting acts.

This company has repeatedly called me, my job and family members threatening legal action against me for a pay day loan. They wont show any documentation or anything after I thought they were legit and gave them my credit card information to pay it off because I was extremely afraid!

This company called the Delegate Group keeps contacting members of my family asking for me by my maiden name. I have asked the lady to stop calling my son's phone, which she keeps calling from different numbers. She would not give me any info, I had to do a search myself from calling back the phone number and listening to the recording. I believe this to be a scam and they keep providing old info, what little I have gotten from them. They need to stop contacting members of my family's phones as I requested to them.

Called my father told him this and proceeded to call me again stating I left fraudulent checks behind when I relocated. I have all 4 of his messages not once did he say who he worked for except the "legal department "

I received a voicemail today from The Delegates Group. When I called back, the woman claimed I took out a payday loan back in 2019 that I failed to pay back, and that the lender had retained the agency's services after multiple failed attempts to get in contact with me. She claimed I'd taken out a payday loan from ****************** (I called this lender, and I don't have an outstanding account with them), and that the checking account I'd agreed to make payments from had been closed prior to my first installment payment (I have had the same checking account for years). She mentioned lots of pieces of my personal information: birth date, address, places of employment, and the last four digits of my checking account (this is all information I would have inputted on a loan application that was ultimately denied). They gave multiple variations of the name of the lender I'd allegedly taken out a loan with: "Supreme Lending," "GetCashHelp.com," etc.I haven't received the correspondences the woman was describing (no voicemails or letters from the lender). I mentioned it's possible I'd defaulted on a loan, and that I was willing to discuss payment options if they could first send over some sort of documentation that would verify that I did, indeed, take out a loan with this lender. They refused, and mentioned that they would tell their client I've refused to pay and that their client would resort to legal action. 809 of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act requires that debt collectors provide certain information about the debt, including the creditor's name. The Delegates Group refused to do this, or provided multiple variations on a generic name, none of which turned out to be entities I have taken out a loan with.

This company keeps calling my elderly mother claiming that they are trying to contact someone my mother has not had contact with in over 35 years. Don't know how they got my mother's phone number for contact with this person but the contact needs to stop. She does not know anything about this person. This company does not answer when you call them.
