    Received a phone call today from an area code in my state. I didnt answer. I subsequently received an email threatening legal action for a debt that they did not even tell what it was for and cannot provided any documentation. This is a scam third party group just trying to get money.

    Today 'DELEGATES GROUP' called me in regard to an alleged debt I owe that I stopped paying in 2020. The representative had a thick Nigerian/Afrikan accent and called from a number registered to **** ***************************** She claims to work for Delegates' legal **** and her name is *********. It's a total scam. She has personal information of mine some accurate and some not, typically found online. She was rude and dismissive and hung up on me once I did not confirm my social and asked to dispute the situation. I asked her repeatedly for contact info so I could dispute the account/money allegedly owed. She ignored me, kept repeating the same nonsense and eventually hung up on me telling me she would write in her report that I refused to settle. It should be illegal for these companies to buy up people's personal identifying information and use it to run scams!If anyone knows how I can take legal action against this company please advise.

    I received a call from a company named The Delegates Group. They had my social security number, email, and recent home address. They threatened me with a judgement for over $2000 for an alleged Pay Day Loan that I took out with a creditor by the name of Allied Cash Advance. (Ive never heard of this business either). The 2 representatives that I spoke with did not provide any proof of the debt as requested. They just tried to get me to confirm my personal information that they already had possession scare me into making a payment advising that someone who appear at my job and talk to my manager about out the debit, I would have to pay court and lawyer fees to prove my innocence do I should just pay $1300 today to resolve the issue. **Delegates Group address provided is *********************************************************. ************ however the 2 numbers I was called back to back from different Florida area codes.

    I have been receiving text messages from a company called Delegates Group saying of if I dont speak to them immediately they will be filing with the court clerk! Thee never give you any information on what it is for! I have called them at least 5 times and left messages with no response. So again I have no clue what this is for!!!!

    Company keeps calling me saying this is the 3rd time they have tried to contact me about paying a debt from 2018 to a credit card th at *** never had. Said if I didnt make payment today they would see me at court and charge me with theft! But they couldnt give me any additional information about this so called debt except the amount and if I would pay in full or set up weekly payments they would knock off ****** from the total.     I received a call on 3/31/25 from ******** with The Delegation Group. His purpose for calling was to "mediate" a debt created on July 19, 2019 for Advance America. This was an online application. He had all of my personal information with the exception of the correct email address. The email address he had was for my ex-wife. He also could (or would not) provide the account numbers used to receive the funds. I have never had any business with ***************. He also stated that he had tried to call my job on several occasions. I need any phone calls from this company to stop. No persons or phones numbers connected to me need to be contacted.

    Delegate group says I owe ******* on I tunes?Telling me I have to pay today or it goes to court?They said they sent a email but I never seen one I know nothing about iTunes and asked for documentation mailed to me Delegate group said they dont do that

    I received a call from a company named Delegates Group whom I have never heard of. They had my social security number which was not ok since I had never heard of them. They threatened me with a judgement for an amount over $2000 for Credit One. I filed a complaint last year for the same reason and Credit One found that I did not owe them anything and sent me a letter. My claim number for this exact complaint was #********. Now here I am a year later having to file another complaint against Delegates Group and Credit One. I first received a message on my home voice mail saying they were going to get a judgement for me because I owed Credit One. I called the number, the woman ********* was rude and told me if I did not send her the letter that I received from Credit One they would seek the judgement and take me to court, I told her that I had never heard of them and how did they get my social security number, she wouldnt answer the question and told me she would hold on while I got the letter, I told her NO. She told me if I did not send the letter within the next ************************************************************ while I was talking. This is unexceptable behavior and would like to have YET another investigation into this company and **********. This should not be allowed to happen to people I do not have any affiliation with ********** or the Delegates Group. I also need to get into my claim number from last year so that I may retreive the letter that was provided to me from **********. I would like a resolution immediately.

    This company has repeatedly called myself and my spouse in order to collect a debt that was already paid off and closed out 10 years ago. Last time they called was 7/24/2024. They called my spouse's phone while we were working. I was given the phone and wrote down their information. I pulled up the letter I obtained from the lender about my account being settled in full and closed out in 2014.I called the lender, **** and their parent company ************ to see if they still had any info on my closed out debt. They both said no, and that the information this company had was probably obtained illegally in order to scam consumers.This company needs to be stopped and shutdown. They are harassing consumers, trying to scam them out of money.The numbers they called me on and told me were ********** and **********. The person I spoke with on the 24th was *********************************.She had my full name, the last four of my social security number, and my date of birth.
