    Banned my account without reason and tried contacting customer service and was sent to an automatic message not even attempting to address the issue. I wish for my account to be reinstated because I was wrongfully banned.

    I was unfairly banned as they assumed I was a minor, and was told my account would be reinstated after identity verification. Additionally, I believe I was discriminated against because of my mixed race. I have noticed that on Reddit and other social media platforms Grindr seems to have been targeting POC despite their inclusivity front. I have had friends who have also been unfairly accused of being a minor on the app, and they were white. However, they had their account unbanned easily and without strife.

    On the evening of November 23rd, I opened up my Grindr app to check messages only to be greeted with a message that my account has been banned. I've been with Grindr since October 2010 and I have NEVER had my account banned. I had an open support ticket for another issue and asked that Agent on what to do & they provided those instructions. After filling out the Account Ban form on their website, 3 days later I received an email from ***** who requested further information from me. After some digging on my end, I provided that information plus also requested the reasons for why my account was banned; not even a day later she replied and said none of my answers matched what they have on file for my account and therefore my account would remain banned.I'm baffled and beyond ******. I have written back to her twice: asking for the reason my account was banned and to elevate this issue to someone who is more equipped to handle this. If they created the algorithm they can create the reason. Their Support team has been absolutely useless and horrible. The fact that I have not done one thing that violates their TOS and they won't even consider that my account has somehow been compromised, is completely unacceptable. The San ******* ******************** LLC who purchased Grindr about 2-3 years ago, has revitalized the app and made it more inclusive for the ****** community until they think that you're not worthy anymore and the kick you out with no explanation. Now how is that supposed to be inclusive? As an openly gay man, I am appalled by their actions (or lack of) towards me. This is Internet Bullying at its finest.Grindr's parent company needs to take a much closer look into the daily activities of their employees who clearly are just checking boxes to meet their quotas instead of actually helping their PAYING MEMBERS figure out what and why. I do hope someone from Grindr/SVAP reads this because I would like to speak to someone who can actually help me.

    Hi! I was banned from Grindr, and I genuinely don't understand why Was it because I sent too many messages? Because, apart from that, I didn't do anything wrong. I'm pretty sure of that! I'm always kind to everyone! I'm really sad because I was gathering my money to get the Unlimited version (I don't live in a very rich country), and I bought it a few days ago, and now I was banned I've been on Grindr for ages and this has never happened to me before! I've sent lots of messages and people expect my reply, so I hope I can get back all of my messages as well ! Thank you !

    The company banned my online profile account with them out of no where with no explanation of why. No evidence of a violation, and no further details, I paid for an upgraded account and lost the use of it for the entire month. They will not provide any information

    I have been given no justification or reasoning for my ban. This is a mistake and this kind of mistake deprecated me from contacting the community I belong to. Years and years of membership canceled without a reason leads me to believe that there is underlying discrimination or targeting against me. I do not accept that you are unable to provide me information about my profile and activities on your platform that you deemed to be in appropriate while noting privacy concerns. I was not provided any warnings, I was not instructed of any ways to resolve or correct the issue, and I was not provided with a detailed reason for the ban.

    I do not accept your response. If there was a violation I was involved with then there should be no privacy factor, as I would be the involved party. I accept that you can ban me for believing it, but I do not accept that you can ban me without letting me know what it was for, nor letting me defend myself against what you "believe" to be a violation.

    I deserve to know what caused you to believe I violated some terms, and I do not believe even you know why. Grindr provides a connection to the *** community and severing that connection can be detrimental to *** people who otherwise wouldn't be able to meet other *** people in person.

    You're messages are generic and the same ones you responded with when I reached out directly. I accept that you can believe a violation occurred but I do not accept that you can ban me without explaining why you believe that, nor give me the opportunity to defend myself.

    I have paid hundreds and hundreds of dollars as a subscription holder, ans you have cut me off from my community without so much as an explanation. This is in appropriate behavior and should not be able to get away with it.

    You have mentioned many times that you are not going to tell me why you banned me and I do not accept this. You stated that you could ban an account for any reason but nowhere does it say that I do not have a right to know that reason. I believe you have targeted me for some reason because you will not tell me why you have banned my account. You also are responding with the same generic emails through *** that you have in direct emails, which leads me to believe that you have no tangible evidence to support my ban. Please explain to me why you believe I deserve to be banned in detail. You do not have the right to take my money for years, and then use a bot to ban my account, without providing some kind of explanation nor access to an appeal. Cutting off access to a community you have been a part of for years is terrorizing and it feels like it is targeted discrimination since there is nothing to support it

    i told grindr i had a stalker who kept fake reporting me months ago after saying he would and when brought to grindrs attention they did nothing but ban me for his false reports. 6 months later i had to move cause this stalker kept stalking me *****************. i was banned for a false report after i told you who would do it and that they were going to when i got banned. i remain banned even tho i still havent done anything wrong but now************************************************* im begging now to be unbanned because i never violated anything in the first place and i now relocated 3 hrs from my stalker. im still disappointed you sat there and did nothing ab him stalking me. id have to block him everytime i made a new account it was sad and didn't feel protected at all. how do you make money on the gay community but not protect us at all. please unban me and do the right thing. i've spent so much money getting away from this creep and i just want to go back to a normal life. please unban me

    I was banned whit out any explanation, I try to reach the support team but they never responded, they banned my app I don't know how they do it but I can not enter to my account or create a new one, it always displays the same message "***************************************
