My grindr account created several years ago was banned for no apparent reason. I was probably the victim of someone reporting me for no reason. They were emailed several times and took my money for the top type of account and still no response. They are breaking the law.Business Response

They ban me from using the service for a unknown reason. When they did it I requested multiple times for the reason and copies of the "proof" all were ignored (asked to send to two different email). They canceled my subscription 6 days after paying it and kept the whole amount
They have no outside 3rd party to review their decisions so they can cancel without reason or show proof and keep the subscription money. I don't have any examples of what happened because none were provided to me.Business Response
