On June 24 this year I received a letter from ilymgroup stating they had an outstanding check for me I followed the letter and filled out the questionnaire to have the check reissued. That was over 3 months ago I've left messages filled put the paper again on there web site. No checkBusiness Response

I have been calling for days and leaving a message to inform him that I have not received my check from the lawsuit because the postal service had the wrong shipping address and this place does not help anyone.Business Response

I looked into our phone system to see why we weren't able to answer your calls, but I can't find any instances where the number you provided in this complaint had tried to call in to our main phone line. 6/1/2023 I have originally tried to claim these funds from a settlement (******* ET ** V ****** BERISTIAN INITIAT) due to an old address I never received a check and was sent a notice from state controller office that the funds would be sent there and I was told I needed to wait for a year for the company to send these funds .the year **** was 6/1/2024 so I reached out to the state controller office and they still never received the funds and told me to reach out to a email ************************************************* I have not received a response. no answer to the phone number .and no response to my check re addressBusiness Response

We're sorry to hear you didn't receive your check! We try our best to use services such as the change of address service through the post office to get up to date addresses for all class members so that we can get the checks into as many class member's hands as possible. Unfortunately, we're not always able to get all class member's current addresses, and it sounds like that's what happened here. The last resort for us is notifying the ************************* because they are able to get your most recent address from their records. I checked our phone system to see why we weren't able to help when you called, but I couldn't find record of you calling in using the phone number provided in this complaint.
As for the funds for this case, we did wire the funds to the ************************* a couple of months ago, so the money should be there for you to claim! The website to search for your claimable property is: ***********************************************

In May 2024, I was made aware that I should have recevied a check from my former employer for an overtime settlement they were going through. I have moved since I left that company, and I thought perhaps it was just going to be forwarded to my new address. I have reached out several times to let them know that I have moved, and that I have not received my check. They have told me to email them the last 4 digits of my SSN, which I won't do. I have put in a change of address through their website, and called their phone number. In my review, I was told to contact someone, but I can't get ahold of them either. The deadline to sign this check is October 24, 2024. I have been trying for 5 months to get it. Can you please assist?Business Response

We're sorry to hear you haven't received your check yet! I looked into this, and could not find in our phone systems any times where you tried to call in and speak with us. It sounds like you did get in contact with one of our representatives over email and they requested the last 4 of your social from you that you said in your complaint here that you wouldn't give to them. For the check in question, we have a different last name and a different address on file from what was provided so we just need to make sure we are issuing the check to the person the check belongs to. The checks on this case were mailed out to all class members June 26, 2024, and yours was mailed to an address in *********, ** which was the address provided to us. I am part of a class action lawsuit for which the settlement check has already been issued. On August 14, I spoke with ******* on the phone, and she informed me that my check would be mailed on August 30. Since then, I have been unable to reach anyone regarding my settlement check, nor have my co-workers received their checks. I called and left voicemails on September 6, September 10, September 11, and September 12, but received no response. I also emailed them on September 10, September 11, and September 12. I was issued a check for $480.64 on March 18th, 2024 as part of a settlement of ********* **************** Chocolates, **** et al., Case No. 1:22-cv-233 from ILYM Group, **** However, the address they sent the check to was a former rental residence. I was made aware of this check on August 22nd, 2024. It was said that if the check wasn't cashed or deposited within 120 calendar days that the check would be automatically cancelled & voided.Since August 22nd, I have called the number ILYM group has provided and left at least 3 voice messages because no one has answered the phone. Per their automated message I have also filled out a change of address request and check re-issue request at least 3 times on their website. I have additionally used the contact us tab of their page at least twice asking for a change of address and check re-issuance. Finally, I have also emailed the company at the email address they provided on their automated message: ******************************************** twice.In spite of all of these attempts to contact ILYM group, I have received zero correspondence regarding my request for a change of address and check re-issue. I have diligently been checking my email address (including spam folder), home address mail, and phone/voicemail.I am hoping for contact from the business in order to receive a valid settlement check in my current name in address. I was involved in a class action lawsuit. I requested a reissued check from ILYM online on August 9th. I have called almost 2-3 times Monday-Friday since then and never once had anyone answered nor responded to my voicemails or reissued my check. My check was issued to the wrong name and I would like that fixed, but if that cannot happen I would like a check reissued with the same incorrect name to try cashing it again.Business Response

Poor experience, I was part of a class action settlement where I am supposed to receive a 2200$ check. I confirmed with other colleagues they have received their checks. The settlement occurred end of may and we are going on 4 months that I have yet to receive anything. I have attempted to call them multiple times and it states everyone is busy and the call hangs up. I attempted to use their self service form online via the check reissue method and the contact me and neither have resulted in any response or action and its been a little over a month since I submitted those forms. This company is withholding a check thats over $700 thats much needed in hard times. They have said theyve reissued my check twice but thats a lie. Looking at their reviews it appears that this is common practice for them. All I want it my check that is rightfully mine sent to me or set up so I can simply pick it up . There is no reason for us to hold your check, we can't keep any funds from uncashed checks - every check that is not cashed is donated to a charity on behalf of the employer that was sued, or sent to the California ************************* for collection at any time, and in no case would we ever hold your money back. We have tried to get your check out to you, and when you called on Friday and spoke with *****, she said she was going to let you know today if you could come pick up your check to expedite the process of you receiving your payment. We have been trying to get you the check.
