On April 24, 2023 I engaged in a contract to have solar panels installed at my home. I was assured that no matter what happened, I would have support and assistance from the team at Green Home Systems until the Solar System was operating at full capacity as promised. Over the course of the year there have been delays and installation errors, but these are things to be expected with a project of this manner. But I was assured that I would have support. Instead, employee turnover is so high that I have had more than 5 different project managers and 3 different customer service representatives who have all vanished while I still have an unresolved installation error in my consumption meter. My sales **** ******************** who swore that no matter how many people on the backend changed would always be there, has left me only with a disconnected number. I have sent several emails and left several messages with the project manager and customer service team that have been left unreturned. And there is still no resolution of my issue (which has been acknowledged by the engineers at Enphase who manufactured my system). I would just like to get this resolved but I have no idea what other avenues I have left to explore aside from a court action.
