    *** had a service ticket placed since November 1st of 2024, and still not 1 tech has been to my home. I power cycled the unit over the phone with solar edge, and they said a tech needed to come physically see why my system is stuck in night mode, mind you this was during the winter. Here it is during the summer months, losing all my best producing months, and Im being ghosted by green home systems repeatedly. I found a local company less then 15 minutes away that went through all the hoops to get approved to work as a subcontractor for them, but decided based off their lack of communication to not follow through with working for them. This is not good customer service. How is this honoring anyones warranties? Needless to say, the numbers given on the warranty, and emails are all dead ends, disconnected, and delivery failures!! This is taking advantage of good honest people. *** called, all the companies involved, including the financing company. Green solar technologies, green home systems, solar edge, and sunlight financial. And here it is almost 3/4 of a year later and no one has physically been to my home to even look at the system to this date. Something must be done. My solar panels were sold to produce more then enough power then I consumed, I provided my 12 months worth of electric bills, and said sell me a system thats bigger then I need. Ive been paying at least 200ish a month when I was told I would never have a bill over 50 a month if that, and my system was figured for my area, my weather pattern, and yes my state and my home in mind with my families usage and growing needs. Thats on top of the loan being paid. Please do something to make this right. If you cant fix my system, then buy it back for whats owed. I can not keep dealing with this financial burden and stress!!

    Sent them $7840 and never received any of the system we were supposed to get. That was 2 years ago and have never received a refund even though we tried for a year after we figured out we weren't going to get the system.

    This company installed solar panels last December (2024) after waiting since April. (2024). The system keeps tripping breakers and therefore, is not generating power. My husband has called repeatedly for the service tech to come and fix the problem that has been there since day one. We repeatedly get told the same lies time after time and are given empty promises on having a tech return our calls or they will have someone come to the house. Nobody ever shows up and nobody ever returns calls. We are stuck paying huge electric bills plus a loan payment for a system that has never functioned properly. I would run the other way if you are considering this company for your solar power needs.

    I was promised that their solar system would cover my entire electric bill. And that I would be selling excess electricity generated back to the electric supply company. I was still getting $450 per month electric bills during the winter even though I had supplied them with the previous years electric bills to show usage.. All of the contact phone numbers I had for the company have been disconnected. Their main number puts you on hold for 20 minutes and then says no one is available even when the office is supposed to be open. They forced me to switch finance companies after the unit was installed.

    Review Title: Untrustworthy Contractor - Non-Payment Issue with Green Home Systems (GHS)I am compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience with Green Home Systems (GHS). As a subcontractor, I completed all tasks as agreed, which included obtaining permits, executing the installation, and passing inspections with the local municipality. Everything was performed professionally and on schedule.However, after several months, *** has failed to make the promised payment for the work completed. I have reached out multiple times to resolve this issue, but my efforts have been met with silence and unfulfilled promises. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable for a company that claims to value its partnerships.I strongly advise anyone considering working with Green Home Systems to exercise caution. Their refusal to honor financial obligations has caused significant disruptions to my business. I hope this review serves as a warning to others to avoid the stress and frustration I have endured.

    This company is a complete joke. They dont answer calls Ever!! They dont provide updates and when they do is lies after lies, excuses after excuses. They were hired back in August 2024 and is now January 2025 and roof has not been done nor solar panels installed something about having to wait for permits since August really??? All BS!!!!! Why I know is BS I have an email from ***** the project manager back in November they are going to get the roof done in about a week well that didnt happen and ******s were changed. The 2nd ****** came to our door we were not notified and they were as lost as we were. Stay away from this company.

    I am a customer of **********************. If you are considering this company READ THIS BEFORE YOU SIGN!They installed panels on my home in 2023. My entire experience with them was absolutely garbage. I am posting this to protect the public from making the same mistake in placing trust in this awful company. They have pushy sales representatives that will tell you that the loan they will set you up with is transferrable to new owners if you were to ever sell your house (that is false, they set me up with a lender that did not allow assumptions/transfer). Project managers through the installation are non-existent(I went through 3 of them in 4 months for an install that was supposed to take 3-4 days). The installer pulled off my job due to non payment from previous installations with ***. They finally returned to finish 2 weeks before being in breach of contract. And finally, when I brought my loan transfer issue to Green Home's attention, their CEO was the only individual that could do anything on my behalf. He did nothing and wouldn't return any of my calls. **** ********* is as rotten as his last name, and the entire Green Home Systems business model and sales pitch is a bait and switch. Steer clear and do not entertain their lies! If negative stars was an option, that would be my rating.

    Very poor customer service. If you want to pay for solar that doesn't work and electric bills. Use this company. This should be illegal.

    ******** customer service!! I was told I had to change my inverter and spent $3,279 for it. It has been sitting in my living room waiting to be installed since the end of August. The sales *** that called me abd told me I needed an upgrade cell phone is no longer in service. I have ***eatedly left voice messages with no return calls! Worst company ever.
