    There was no money involved in any transaction. I have a problem with my personal information linked to my company phone. And my information on this site. The website claims you can opt-out by following their step by step instructions doesnt work, Once you click the opt out button the process stops and you cannot proceed! They provide a number to call which I have called multiple occasions nobody but a nice automated voice, with no working options are available! After multiple emails I did get this response ************************* (US Phone Book)Mar 19, 2024, 09:34 PDT Hello,Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to take phone calls. Please describe the issue that you are encountering so that we can assist you further. So I sent another email request and opt out and explained the situation with no response. I understand people get busy but any legitimate business would have their business running proper to get more business. I feel that this is not a legitimate business and they are jeopardizing and victimizing innocent people. All I want is my info removed from their system which they allegedly provide but dont.

    They are showing my private information including my age and I tried to opt out using their method and they never removed my information. Part of the process included that I had to check a couple boxes and enter my email which then resulted in Brandyourself.com soliciting me and saying they can help me remove my private info and keep it off if I pay them over $100 per year. I don't really the exact figure maybe it was $129 a year.When I try to call USPhonebook.com to help in this issue the number just gives you options that go nowhere and when I emailed back brandyourself I got no response.

    In a Tell about my problem with the business .. I have utilized the businesses removal of public records from their database a number of times in the last 12 months. However' my (PII) Personal Identifiable Information continues to reappear about every 3 months. In an understanding of the businesses privacy policy for consumers, I am legally certain the business cannot retain certain (PII) information for record keeping purposes to include' residual information and other records.In Statement I am a continued victim of Identity Theft as recognized by federal, state and local law enforcement. I am well within my legal right to have my (PII) permanently removed from the businesses database system.

    I tried removing my information and received a technical problem. Even asked for my email and never sent me one.I did not authorize them to have my information and they need to remove it or I will take further action.

    11-20-23 I have tried multiple times to remove my information from their site. I have called, emailed, followed the steps online and have had no success removing it. There is a threat to my family and I do not want our address online. This is a very serious mishandling of information on their part.

    usphonebook.com is publicly displaying my personal information in their website without my authorization/consent, including:- 1. My full name 2. Age 3. Current and previous addresses 4. Phone number 5. Email address They also potentially collect and sell additional personal information, all without my authorization. I have no idea where they get their information and how can they display highly sensitive personal information on their website without my consent. This should be illegal.You can't reach them over the phone. They redirect us to their website to opt-out. And on their website, now I have to accept their privacy policy, terms and conditions, and provide more sensitive information about myself to opt-out. I don't want to provide them more information than the ones they already have about me, to opt-out.

    All of the information on our website is from public record databases. Every person aged 18 and older can have a public record. This information is collected on a County, City, State and federal level and can also come from reporting information during normal every day activities such as grocery store club cards, magazine subscriptions, voter registration, warranty cards, even fishing licenses, and forms you fill out when browsing the internet. There are thousands of ways this information gets reported.
