  ***** ******* ,was a guy that I chatted with after I got a pop up ad earlyer for oloi software and clicked on it because it offered to check my computer for software and hadware troubles and to fix them if needed.I signed up and ***** walked me through getting the program, after that I had trouble activating the program, so I called and was (after speaking to customer service was connected to support with connect ******* ******* he was awesome. outstanding and quick to check my system and fix (if anything that was not right in my computer. ....Absolutely ******* ******* gave great service, company needs to understand what an asset he is to them. ** J.******, *******,***

  I really love US Tech Support. I am a elder, we didn't have computers growing up. Took a couple classes and can do some things. But it can be a adventure on any given day. I love that the tech talks to you about the issue you are having with the computer. And during the time they are working. I have a new computer, same brand and similar to the old one BUT different in a number of ways. I never had difficulty with my printer, scanner before. This time nope. Could not scan, I needed this to be fixed, had to scan a document and send. ***** discovered that one program was better than the other. ****! It finally worked properly .Was able to save and send. Success! THANK YOU ***** for your patience and helping me to understand this new computer

  Do Not waste your money. I purchase the product iolo System Mechanic Standard (HP) 6/27/2025. Every since I installed the product I have been getting the same message that I have critical errors. I contact support chat 2 or 3 times and each time support gets on my computer and says it is fixed. Well it is not. I called support today and told them nothing has changed since I bought the program and I wanted my money back. The support tech said no problem and put through a request to refund my money. DID NOT even try to resolve the issue. The program is a joke.
