5 starsIve been a client for 1 year and decided to renew for another year due to results beyond my original expectations. RS is a solid business operation with a team that is knowledgeable, honest, and supportive. They take time to understand your goals and needs and match you with a coach, a comprehensive program, and a community. Bonus: I was able to do this program completely from the comfort of my own home! This made a big difference in my ability to be consistent and stick with the program. 5 starsJoined RS in late March 2022 after trying another program that insisted on restricting my food choices, keeping me at a very low caloric intake, and giving me generic exercises that were not suitable for my age or physical limitations. Upon joining RS, my caloric intake was gradually increased with nothing restricted. I was taught how to work with specific foods groups to meet my body's nutritional needs. The exercise program is geared to my specific goals. I have a trainer assigned to me who is available at any time to answer all my questions, critique videos of my form, help me with food choices, review my progress on a weekly basis and generally be my own personal cheerleader. In addition, there are frequent talks given by **** and the other trainers throughout the month that can be attended virtually or watched later on recording. They cover everything and anything. There is just so much information available to us, its incredible. Questions are always answered. The ************** is active, fun and filled with other members being supportive and helpful. I feel like I am part of a terrific community. My original goals have been reached. I have maintained my weight loss for 21+ months and my body recomposition is still changing as I become leaner and stronger. Did I forget to mention the food? I am eating more of everything I love, including chocolate, wine, pasta, etc. I started this journey at age 63 and lost 20+ lbs. I went from a size 12 to a size 4. I cannot recommend Redefining Strength enough. The tools theyve given me have positively impacted every aspect of my life, including my mental health. This has become my lifestyle now. I plan on doing this for the rest of my life.Redefining Strength LLC

5 starsI am just now finishing up their 16 week program, lost 20lbs, I reached my weight goal, and then some. I am ready to sign up for an 8 month extension, for maintenance and body recomp. This program is amazing as it focuses on not only exercises, but also helps you with focusing on mindset, habits, and the full process for nutrition, fat loss, and muscle gain. It's truly a win, win for everyone. I ran into some health issues over the past 2 months and my current coach is amazing in acknowledging where and how I need to improve in order to "recover". They keep the communication lines open and everything is based on keeping balance with what is happening in your life. This truly is a one of a kind program.Review fromLeigh L

5 starsI was one of those that couldn't find anything that worked for weight loss but this WORKS! I can't tell you how excited I am about this program. Besides the weight loss the workout portion of the program has made my body feel so much less tight and movement is so much easier for me. 1:1 coaching has been amazing; having someone I can message anytime with questions or a fb group to go to ask the others in the program was so helpful. Everyone is so responsive and helpful. This group sets you up so that you can continue on your own, they want you to succeed on your own and not rely on them but they are there if you need them. 5 starsIve had the pleasure of working with ***** as a coach for the past months and the experience was exactly what I needed. The perfect balance of coaching, support and knowledge all with the freedom to make things work in my own lifestyle and time restraints. She was only ever a message away to celebrate my wins and provide guidance and help when I was struggling. Ive tried a few online coaching plans over the years and this is the only one Ive returned to twice now!!! The wealth of knowledge, straight shooting/telling it like it is (Embrace the ****.), informative science proven, personal experience, mindset, etc **** and team Redefining Strength have shared and implemented in this program is TOP NOTCH. This is not a gimmick nor the next best quick fix. What Redefining Strength program TEACHES YOU is for LIFE. They WANT you to succeed and set you up for success. YOU have to do the work. YOU have to trust the process. TEAM 1%! HIGHLY SUGGEST 1:1 coaching. BEST. INVESTMENT. EVAH. Multiple modification options if needed for your workouts. Goals are set to what YOU want and YOUR NEEDS. Not your neighbor's. YOUR questions are answered. Have been a Unicorn for almost 2 months. I have dropped 10 pounds. Have so much definition/body recomp, I gigglesnort when I see my reflection in the mirror due to pure joy. I am HAVING FUN. Love the support from my personal trainer/********, Redefining Strength, and other Unicorns that GET IT. 5 starsI do not have the words and skills to do justice to the amazing work done by the whole team at Redefining Strength - Magical Unicorns all. I am very privileged and fortunate to have this opportunity to benefit from all that each team member offers, from motivating daily (!) emails that always seem to be on point and strike a deep chord with me no matter their topic, to the workouts and nutrition planning that are customized to this particular "freak" (no one-size-fits-all here) and meet me where I am at (regardless of where that happens to be in the topsy-turvy scheme of life), to the science-based nutritional and physiological knowledge and wisdom that the team members offer in support of the advice and guidance provided, to the weekly presentations on mindset, nutrition, training, wellness and life stages and events... The sheer extent of the smarts, knowledge and experience (of each team member with whom I have had the good fortune to work directly or indirectly - e.g. whose presentations I have had the chance to view) is simply mind-boggling, and the empathy and understanding shown in meeting me in the widely-varying situation(s) in which I find myself at any given point contribute to the excellence, depth and effectiveness of this program. It is extremely difficult for me to imagine how this program could be any better.
