    I order a ****** ***** Limited Edition ******* Insulated Tumbler on September 6, 2024 from ************************** for $39.80. I received the order on September 28, 2024. When I opened the package I realized it wasn'* a ******* brand tumbler and immediately requested a refund. Their product listing said ******* insulated tumbler and they delivered a generic cup. When I requested the refund, they told me they are "like ******* Tumblers". I have gone back and forth via email (the telephone number listed does not work) requesting a full refund for a fraudulent product and have been offered 20% back, 50% store credit, or I have to pay for shipping to *****. This was not my fault. I purchased a brand name product and was given a generic. I should be refunded my money at no additional cost to ******* to online listing stating ******* Cup: **********************************************************************************************************************

    I placed an order on 9/26 with standard shipping of 4-8 business days. The order shipped on 10/4. I have sent countless emails to them because it is "sitting in china" waiting to be picked up to be shipped. They tell me the same thing every time with, with their automated emails. This is ridiculous. If i would have known it was coming from CHINA instead of AMERICA, I wouldnt have orderded. i asked for a refund and they refuse. I want my $45.81 returned.

    This company advertised a '*******' branded ****** ***** insulated mug on their website (******************************************************) for $39.95. When the product arrived, it is clearly not '*******' - nor are they authorized to sell this brand.

    I followed up with the company customer service regarding the false advertising of the product and asking for a refund. They now claim this item was not branded as such (see attached) and require me to ship the product back to China (despite having a US address) to obtain a refund. Shipping the mug to the address provided in China costs 128 dollars through ***** (see attached).

    The company will not provide a shipping label nor will they provide a refund of more than 20%

    Ordered a ****** ***** *******. Was sent tracking information that wasnt valid. No response to emails. When I called customer service, phone was disconnected.

    I placed an order for a ****** ************************* on August 29, 2024. I received a confirmation email. The item was shipped on September 12, 2024 and I received a shipping confirmation. I have reached out twice to the company and not heard back. The item has not moved and appears to be in *****.
