Ordered item on 12/13/24 with an 8 day shipping notice. Never received item. I contacted the business through email. The phone number listed on the business does not work and always states failed call. When I contacted the business via email on 1/10/25 I received an automated email with their return policy. Six days later, I received an email from a third-party stating all the steps I would have to do to prove that the package was lost. After going to the local post office and having them track the information down due to this business, using a third-party tracking system, I was able to find out that the item was delivered to a wrong address. I have contacted both the company and the third-party that had previously emailed me with all the information showing that they entered the address wrong andhave yet to be contacted since. After looking up the company and reviews of the company, I found that multiple people have been scammed by this company as well.Initial Complaint

I ordered 3 crystal rock coffee mugs in the middle of December. The mugs arrived on January 21, 2025.The mugs I received are NOTHING like advertised. The mugs that were sent are an atrocious stinky plastic with awful painting on the side. The plastic smells so horrible I'm worried it will cause an illness. The mugs have a very small metal cylinder to drink out of because the plastic has dangerous chemicals. These are not the mugs I ordered. The mugs I ordered were advertised as being crafted out of rose quartz even showing a video about how they are made. On 12-17-2024 I purchased 2 items described as mineral crystal coffee mugs and I paid extra for expedited shipping for a total price of $74.50 USD. The items however had still not been shipped by 12-22-24 and were not arriving on time so I requested a refund. I then got a notification that they shipped them on 12-27-24. I asked again for a return and refund and upon receiving the product they were not made of minerals as described on the website and I would call them poor quality products. They are a cheap material smelling of harsh chemicals that had been poorly painted and had strands of glue hanging off. I sent more emails with pictures (as requested from company) and again requested a return and refund. I bought a tumbler from this company under the false claim that it was not only name brand, but also limited edition ****** *****. I emailed the company several times after placing the order and was ignored repeatedly (probably ***** times if not better) and e mailed several more times after it arrived that it was not what they claimed to be selling. Ive now asked that my money be refunded, as they did not send me what they claimed to be selling. They sent me a cheap replica that was mass produced in a Chinese sweat shop! I FINALLY got an e mail back today after threatening to report them for not only using the ******* name and their photos, but also ****** Swifts name and likeness with no license to do so to the ********************. I ordered the following product on 12/1 (*********************************************************************************************************) for a Christmas gift for my sister. I received this item on 12/11. Upon checking the item, this was not nearly what was described nor depicted on the website. The cup is made of a very cheap plastic material and feels very cheaply made. After emailing to request a return label, the seller informed me that their office is now based out of ***** and I would have to cover the cost. The website has a refund policy posted that states that a return label will be provided, yet the representative stated that they dont provide return labels. *** requested a full refund and the seller is refusing to hold up to the policy they have posted on their website. Order was place on November 18th 2024 for a ******* insulated tumbler for 39.95$. Plus 6$ for shipping. It was delivered finally on December 10 and when I opened it I found that it was NOT in fact a ******* tumbler. It was clearly a knockoff made in ***** with Chinese labeling. I checked the return policy online where it does indeed say email them and they will send you a prepaid label to return any product in the 30 day window. I just got a response back 5 days after my initial email stating I would have to ship the product back to ***** on my own dime proceed with the refund, we kindly request you return the item to the address provided below. Please ensure that the item remains intact in its original packaging, including all accessories, if any were included. I purchased two ****** ***** ******* cups from the Wine and Whiskey Decanter website. The description called them ******* cups. I received two fraudulent cups without any brand markings. ******* isnt anywhere on the cups and they were packaged in boxes that were not *******. I asked for a refund, but they want me to pay to ship them back to ***** in order to get a refund.
