    ZERO STARS! I purchased 2 crystal mugs on ****** as birthday presents, I also upgraded to expedited shipping for an additional $8.95 to arrive 2/12/25 in time for the party. I never received an email confirmation of my purchase and had to reach out to the company 10+ days after my purchase to get tracking. AND to top it off, I was charged an 8% charge fee for using my debit card online. Never had that happen to me before and it was not part of my total at checkout. The products finally arrived today 2/24/25 and they are a complete knock off of what was advertised on the website. It looks like it was made with a 3D printer and very poorly hand-painted by a child. I wish I could attach the images I have to show how different it looks from the website. They also came with a metal insert in case you drink hot liquids out of it which all the pictures show a steaming liquid on the website. Very misleading, total scam. I reached out to get a refund, the email on the website is owned by some 3rd party called ******************* so they just send out an automated message if you try to contact the company.

    I have had the same experience as others here. Ordered the "Mineral Crystal" mugs, paid for expedited shipping to receive by Christmas but didn't receive them until a month later. Then what a received was a cheap plastic imitation. Their customer service is horrible taking over a week to reapond each time and have not offered any solutions that are reasonable. I ended up filing a complaint through my payment provider hoping to get a resolution that way.

    Worst Bait and Switch I have ever experienced. I ordered a crystal mug. It took three weeks to arrive. The pictures were gorgeous and what I received was completely different from what arrived. The product listing featured a video showing cups being carved out of crystal. What I received was some sort of plastic resin that had a metal insert because they cups are not safe to drink from. It has taken three weeks of back and forth emails each email takes 4 to 5 days to get a response. I was told that they don't normally accept returns and that I would have to "shoulder the cost to return". This isn't just poor quality it is a complete scam.

    THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! If I could give ZERO STARS I would! On 12/7/24 I ordered $219 of "real Crystal mugs" for Chritmas presents and did not receive the box until 1/10/25. When I opened the box, I was shocked to find cheap, plastic, painted junk mugs, not the "real crystal mugs" that they advertise! This company should be investigated. They have zero customer service and I feel they stole my money. I've requested a full refund several times and I do not get a response!

    I ordered a ****** ***** ******* cup for this site. The cups I received are not ******* cups but cheap knock offs that have an awful smell and residue inside. Ive emailed the company and they took a week to respond from a sketchy email address saying they will allow you to return the product for a refund but you have to pay for the shipping back to *****. They are not delivered what they advertise!!
