    Hello, my name is ******* ***** and I have been trying to get hold of your company for the past 3 months in question why I have not moved into the apartment yet. Paperwork was supposed to been processed and I have an apartment I was told assigned to me. I habe been waiting like I stated for the last 3 months. I have 2 agencies that have been trying to closely work with me due to me being a victim of abuse and they paid 1200$ for rent a day deposit as the money was already deposited. I haven't had real contact with anyone it's been a concern of mine. I'm told I will move in 1-2 weeks but nothing. I am homeless and I need a home. This is very upsetting a d concerning.

    A check was sent to Center for Non-Violent Community on 08/16/2024 in the amount of $1200.  Unfortunately, the site is experiencing staffing issues and the site is not able to turn units or process applications. The Supervisor has reached out to Ms. Silva and let her know and that we are sorry for the inconvenience.

    We have been calling the property and the manager at the building we are currently living in about a lot of things we need to have fixed, We have had problems with the water for years as of today they keep turning of the water without warning over and over every week and it’s either only super hot where we can’t even wash our hands or just burning ourselves or it’s just cold and has gotten worse over the years. We have talked to various tenants and are having the same problems and the manager says she can’t do anything about it or never doing her job, with any type of problems that includes basic maintenance as well. All we want is for us to have our water fixed at least.

    Hi we live in Elk Grove our AC is not working almost a 2 months now and we try everything but no one help here it’s summer now and really hard without AC and I think no one want to fix it I called manger she said owner didn’t respond any thing and I can’t do nothing

    We responded to the tenants report of the HVAC not working the day after it was reported.  However our tech could not repair and we had to get a vendor to the site.  The vendor said the entire HVAC system needed replaced at a cost of $11,000 which required us to obtain 2 comparable.  This was sent to owner for approval due to the extreme cost.  Now that is it approved the fabrication time for the unit is quite far out.  This has all been explained to the resident. We provided two portable HVAC units and gave a rent concession of $150 a month for last month and moving forward until the new HVAC system is fabricated and installed.  The resident was happy with this arrangement.

    Roosevelt Apartments and Cider Village in Nipomo took my money and promised an Apartment. I never received my phone calls back stating they processed my application. My section 8 voucher expired. I asked for a refund of the charges and deposit. An apartment manager in Nipomo refused to refund my money. I do not find it fair they're taking money and promise an apartment and yet wont process the application. Since i do not have the choice voucher from housing authority I cannot afford to pay more rent. Being on the waiting list will not help me since i do not have a section 8 voucher. I should had been told that there was going to be a long wait for an apartment. I was charged an amount by the property at time of appointment with *** a fee. If I had been informed properly the information I would not had loss money here. I feel this was a bad deal and make too many promises and not tell the client the all the details and or the whole truth. *** promised more than one apartment when I was charged the fees by the property management and that a refund could be given and that there was satisfaction guaranteed. They seem too good to good to be true and do not keep their promise.
