    I have very few nice things to say about Buckingham. They push as much of the cost of running a property onto the consumer as is legally allowed in a given jurisdiction. They will charge you for unperformed services (valet trash that doesn't pick up trash, pest control that does nothing to reduce pests, to name a few). They construct poorly built buildings and expect consumers to pay a premium for the poor quality. *********** recently rolled out a nationwide policy that essentially duplicates renters insurance but that also covers the property as a whole. The business should be responsible for this cost and should not pass this onto the consumer given the rent should factor this cost into the overall rent payment. It is not an elective charge and seems like an additional way for this large company to further squeeze consumers. *********** is not interested in providing high quality living spaces. They are not interested in providing a reasonable experience for consumers. I wish they could be held accountable for their shady charges and their extremely corporate perspective that prioritizes profits over people.

    Experts at bullying senior citizens with significant physical and mental challenges. Responsive on their time and schedule only. Threatened legal action against a 90+ year old relative due to their bumbling of a bedbug issue on their property. Extreme reduction in qualifications as one moves down the levels of soulless management and personnel. Absolutely horrible communication and zero interest in the elderly tenants who occupy the complex they manage. They are about making a buck, nothing more. Disgraceful.

    I used a 3rd party app to pay the rent with a money order but it was rejected by the manager. I was told to pay again or come up with the original money order. Its their fault they rejected the money order. They said they couldnt get the image of the money order on the app. That was a lie. I contacted the app and told them to send me an image of the money order and they did. All they had to do is accept the money order on the app. Now Im on a wild goose chase to get a refund from western union so I can pay the rent.

    Not one star from me folks! They are liars, they are thieves, they are lazy, they are cheap, they don't support any of the seniors. They don't have an on site person here in case of emergencies, there supposed to be one because of the 34 units. Anything over 16 units must have an onsite person. Someone get these liars outta here.

    I have been living in my apartment complex The Crossing at Northloop in ******** ** for longer than 10 years now and since Buckingham Property Management took over I have struggled to get anything fixed by maintenance. Its so sad and disappointing. I have been asking for a new hot water heater for a YEAR now because myself and my children dont have hot water off and on. The nails are poking through the really old carpet and we have to put down rugs everywhere so that we dont stab our feet. Its crazy to me that do an inspection a few times a year and they are quick to tell me that the bed cant be in front of a window but they dont seem to care that we go without hot water all the time or that we have carpet that is too old. I have emailed and called Buckingham property management and they take my contact information and never contact me to address any of my concerns.

    The management here is very unprofessional. There is numerous things that don't work, that they say they offer. They were promised a Christmas dinner/ potluck which never happened. They don't let you in clubhouse. Can't use the restrooms or kitchen in clubhouse. The manager said no alcohol on premisses. So I can't have a glass wine in my apartment? There's suppose to be manager on site 24 hours which there is not. Management threatens to have my car towed for backing in the parking spot. They only care about how the outside looks and not taking care of the inside of tenants apartments.

    Buckingham Property Management doesn't like to pay its vendors. They don't answer the phone and never return calls. We quit for these reasons. My next steps will be litigation if full payment isn't made immediately. My company always rushed to accommodate your business needs and in return we have been neglected and disrespected
