I called on the 3rd and was told they would have to check with the warehouse to see what the status was and would get back to me. Purchased a grill on June 5th. The website said the grill was in stock. They emailed shortly thereafter that they in fact did not have the grill in stock. I told them to cancel the order and immediately issue a refund. They said it would take 7-10 business days. It has now been over 30 days and I still have not received a refund. After many emails and communication back and forth, they have started to ignore my voicemails and emails and I fear I may never get this money back.Initial Complaint

On 5/28 I spoke to a person at BBQgrills.com on the phone his name was **** ******.He helped me place an order.The grill was in stock and to ship in 3-5 days After 7 days the grill had not ship I called and they said the shipping department was behind and apologized(spoke to ******* B), they gave me a discount to keep waiting and said just another few days to ship, it was getting escalated to the shipping department.On 6/11 I called and spoke with ******* H and she said the grill had still not shipped, I asked to cancel the order and get a refund.She said she had to verify with a supervisor and get back with me which she did via email.I waited the 5-7 business days for the refund to post to my account and when it did not I called Truist to dispute the charge on my card.Initial Complaint

On 6/23/25 I purchased a ***** Slate 36 griddle from BBQGrills.com. I received the confirmation number below in a confirmation email as well as had my Amex card charged for the full amount of the grill, grilling tools and shipping. The order was advertised as in stock and ships within 24hrs. I received another email later that day with contact info. Over a week later and after no response to contacting the company my order still hasnt shipped. I have contacted my credit card company and disputed the charges from this fraudulent company. When I track my order online through the website it says the order is being processed and will ship in 5-7 business days, which is a bait and switch. Its still clearly stated on their website that the grill is in stock and leaves the warehouse within 24 hrs. Its currently been more than 7 business days and still hasnt shipped. Regardless of which part of the site you believe the order isnt fulfilled. Ive tried contacting ***** **** my dedicated customer success associate and customer service with no reply. *** requested my order be cancelled and refunded with no response. Further research into this company indicates this is standard operating procedure for them. They take orders, charge cards and dont ship products.Initial Complaint

On Oct 22nd, 2024 I ordered a new ***** Summit Smart Grill and several accessories from BBQGrills.com based on their website claiming the ***** unit was in stock. The process was very straight forward and I expected my order to be fulfilled in the coming week. This was not the case as I followed up several times at first to be told they did NOT have the grill and they would check with "the warehouse" as none of the *** had any access or idea as to what was in inventory. This went on for 3 months and when I declined to accept a different unit then what I purchased they started not returning calls. I have asked to cancel the order and a month ago was told I was approved for cancellation but a *** has responded saying they cannot process only submit. I have engaged their finance company who has filed a dispute and still no response from *********.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for a grill from BBQGrills.com in mid-May 2025. After noticing that the item had not shipped within the 710 business day timeframe specified on my purchase confirmation, I chose to cancel the order. I received confirmation from multiple customer service representatives that the order was successfully canceled and was assured that a refund would be processed within 35 business ******* of today, June 17, 2025, I have not received the refund. Despite numerous follow-up emailswhich have gone unansweredand repeated calls to customer service, I have received no resolution. Each time I call, Im told the issue will be escalated, but no progress has been made and no one has followed up.This experience has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. Ordered BbQ grill May 27 *****. They say delivered June 5 2025. I did not received. I called ***** *************. They said delivered to another address. But wouldnt give me address. Our order was initially made on April 30. We still have not received a tracking number and we have called daily and emailed with no response. On 4-30-2025 we ordered an outdoor refrigerator. The fridge has not been delivered as of today 6-30-2025. We tried to communicate with the company that was definitely no good. They promised delivery but never came. We filed a dispute with our credit card company. We are still waiting for a refund due to the process of having to wait the appropriate deadlines. This has tied our ****** so we have to wait.
