            I returned my item to this merchant over 3 weeks ago, I have been sending multiple emails daily about refunding me as per their policy it takes 7-10 business days to confirm return. It has been way passed their alloted time frame and they do not respond nor confirm my item was successfully delivered back to them. They have not been helpful and due to the amount of time that has passed my bank is not helpful either.

            They sell merchandise they don't have at hand, I placed an order on January 23, today is February 5 and the order hasn't been shipped. I contacted zappos 3 times, the first tow times they assured me the order would arrive within the next two day, on the third time they finally admitted they didn't have the merchandise. When I placed my order, the item showed as in stock in their website for the next 4 days, I can only imagine how many more orders they got for the same merchandise they didn't have in stock. I tried to cancel the order, 13 days have passed and they haven't shipped my order. 4 days ago they submitted a ticket to cancel my order and they haven't cancelled it yet. First time trying zappos and the last time. A company like that shouldn't be allowed to operate. (funny note, when you are chatting with their customer service they will send a question like: while I look for information, how is your day going? or how is your weather? if you don't answer, it will auto answer itself after a minute or two, just another trashy automation to make you feel like they care)
