              I purchased this item from this business. Steiner Sports Memorabilia. It was not what I ordered, and there is no way of contacting this company to ask about a refund. Over 10 attempts were made, and there are no options for a refund. They have my money, but apparently will not provide a refund. I believe the Business is a scam and others need to know this. I would also like a resolution to this problem.

              If I could provide zero stars I would. I ordered a Father’s Day gift for my husband on June 11th. Still today June 22nd order is processing and has not been shipped. On June 17th I called and was told it shipped by overnight *** that day and I would receive it the next day. The item was never delivered and shows as still processing. Today June 22nd I called again and was told it shipped today and I would get it tomorrow. Both reps were rude and wanted nothing to do with my issue and clearly lied to get me off the phone. They were only interested in selling products. The order service line continues to hang up. I can’t get a straight answer from anyone. The only reason I haven’t cancelled is because I want the item. Horrible customer service.
