      I purchased this item from this business. Steiner Sports Memorabilia. It was not what I ordered, and there is no way of contacting this company to ask about a refund. Over 10 attempts were made, and there are no options for a refund. They have my money, but apparently will not provide a refund. I believe the Business is a scam and others need to know this. I would also like a resolution to this problem.

      I bought 2 luka ****** cards *** 10 and they are the exact same. i bought them thursday 11/16/2023 the arrived tuesday 11/21/2023. they both say 1/201 *** ***. i have contacted them in their live chat but i havent heard back. My order id is ******* the product id is ********. 1 card was ****** before taxes

      I bought a ***************** autographed baseball with inscription. The ball came with a hologram for authenticity, however the hologram number isnt in their system and is showing as invalid. I contacted Steiner and they cannot add my hologram number and their only solution was to get the ball authenticated from **** I asked for them to pay for the authentication to be done, and have heard nothing.
