Avoid at all cost. Got my cabinets delivered over a year ago and they still can't get the hood right. The first one came in blue, my cabinets are white. The second replacement came weeks later but was damaged- looked like it was repaired with elmers glue. The third replacement arrived cracked. Waited weeks to get the 2nd one refinished only to discover that the insert didn't even fit. Mind you, your kitchen is designed with your purchased appliances so you should be assured everything fits. Took many more weeks to remake the liner, which was allegedly the issue, only to discover once again it still does not fit. Waited another few months for yet another hood, somehow it was delayed and delayed. Was promised a fourth or fifth hood- lost track- in June with a 4 week delivery date. It is now over 7 weeks and no delivery date. Not to mention cabinets arrived with imperfections. We can't get our home's final inspection until this is installed. So much aggravation- it never should have happened. They shouldn't have sold us over 20K in cabinets if the company doesn't make a hood that's compatible with my range and insert.

We recognize and apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately in these unpredictable times we are at the mercy of Covid impacted lead times and manufacturer errors due to poor staffing. That being said we did fully refund the cost of the hood and paid for a full custom hood to be installed at no cost to the homeowner. We hope the refund and new hood at no cost shows we are committed to making sure our customers are happy even when we are at the mercy of our manufacturing partners. .
