    Purchased Highly priced 72" ************** outdoor base cabinet unit on 5/14/2022 for approx $7500. This is a very high cost 6 foot base cabinet.Delivered and installed June/ July 2022- Installer noted there were no inside holes for shelving. Supplier- Contractors Express promised that the correct panels would be sent within 2 weeks. Panels were installed by Contractors Express rep ********************** incorrectly and there were holes in the outer panels of the new cabinets as a result of improper installation. I requested replacements as now I had brand new cabinets with visible holes on both outside panels.**** at Contractors Express agreed to order new panels and install them so my new cabinets look new in August 2022. It is now April 2023 and nothing has been done.I have paid $7500 + $2000 in installation and $2000 for a countertop. 10 MONTHS LATER, I have a cabinet with holes in it. At his point, I just want my money back- the total cost of the new cabinet.
