    I bought a ready to ship PC from XOTICPC on 10 February 2024 via the ****** app and I never received the PC or any product and its almost April. The company was saying that because I did an address change, they would have to wait until ****** sends them the confirmation for the address change. I then called ****** to verify if that was the case, but I was told multiple times by ****** that they do NOT send any confirmations about address changes to anyone. After I emailed XOTICPC about the issue, they reiterated the initial response of them still waiting to get the address change confirmation. I kept trying to get a hold of an actual person on the phone but the phone number that they provided gives you an automated response message that leads to a deadend. I wanted to reach out to them so that we can get a better understanding of the situation but at some point XOTICPC completely ghosted me. Now I'm making payments on a PC I never received. If anyone knows how to help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

    I order a 6000 dollar pc from them in November 19th 2023. I just received the pc today and everything seemed to be good but due to them overclocking which I requested the computer would boot up and give countless error codes. I had to reset the entire pc and install windows 10 again because of their overclocking which i paid 100$ for. Its very disappointing when you wait over 2 months for a pc and it doesnt work. You will not recieve status updates whatsoever. I had to reach out to get told that theres delays due to lack of pump for water cooling. I explained that i was extremely dissatisfied and they sent a picture of the pc via email saying all thats left is to wait for pump and then it will go into q&a testing which they obviously didnt do. And then on top of that the picture they sent me had a entirely different gpu than what i have in it now. I will never order from this company again and i HIGHLY RECOMMEND you go elsewhere if you want a quality build and some decent customer service. Dont count on support chat to be in contact with the build department i have screenshot of waiting over a hour for them to get in contact with their own company just to get told they will have to email me with a update on the computer all to never receive a update.

It's clear that in your case, there were shortcomings in both the build quality and our communication processes. We take full responsibility for the oversight in the overclocking setup that led to the error codes and the need to reinstall Windows. Please know that this is not the standard of service we aim to provide. All systems leave after a thorough QA process and would like to review more with you to find out the exact errors you experienced, as they didn't show through any of our QA process. Regarding the discrepancies in the GPU and the lack of timely updates, we acknowledge these errors and the frustration they must have caused. We are committed to investigating these issues thoroughly to ensure they are not repeated in the future. We rely on a live order tracker to give the exact status of a customer's order. We are looking to improve how this system works. We value your feedback as it helps us improve our services. Rest assured, we are taking immediate steps to enhance our quality assurance processes and customer communication channels.
